Hello, I would like to ask about the possibility of adding or integrating support for digital weighing scales in Stocky. Specifically:

Can Stocky integrate with digital scales that generate barcodes containing product ID, weight, and price so the system can automatically decode and add items to the cart?

Many businesses use scales with different barcode formats. Would it be possible to configure or support multiple barcode formats depending on the scale model?

Is it possible to maintain products on the scale (upload/download) by importing or exporting the product list in CSV or Excel format directly from Stocky?

Please let me know if these features are currently supported or if they could be considered for future development.

Yes — Stocky already supports integration with digital weighing scales that generate barcodes containing product ID, weight, and price. The system can automatically decode and add weighted items to the cart once the barcode format matches the configured pattern.

Hello, when will the version be available that allows us to add an image when creating an expense?

1. Dashboard Stats Cards should be filterble with date range, and warehouse; also include more cards as in the profit/loss reports.

2. Why is Payroll not factored in your Profit/Loss calculations ? it’s a miss.

Hi, thanks for your interest and great questions! The upcoming SaaS version will use a multi-tenant architecture with isolated databases per tenant for better security and scalability. Initially, it will support MySQL, and PostgreSQL support is planned for a later phase after the first SaaS release.

This option is already available , the POS invoice prints directly without downloading it

Pre-purchase question…..From the demo….there is no invoice template for A4 Sheet….only thermal receipt printer template….Most customers prefer the A4 to the thermal receipt template….There should be a beautiful A4 template and an option to set a template as default

The A4 invoice template already exists — you can find it in the Sales list by clicking Download PDF. It’s a full A4 layout, separate from the thermal receipt.

Also, I have a custom SMS API I want to use, I can see you allow for only 3 providers, why not make it open for all POST / GET SMS APIs ?

Or you can add my API as option ?

I understand a SAAS version is coming. Will it be released as an add-on to this current system?    • If yes, I will purchase this version now and later buy the SAAS add-on.    • If not, then I will wait for the complete SAAS version instead.

Can the system be installed multiple times for different brands without technical or licensing restrictions?    • I want each business to operate independently with its own database and access control.

For the upcoming SAAS version, please confirm the multi-tenancy structure:    • Will each tenant have a separate database (database-per-tenant)?    • Or a shared database with tenant IDs (single DB multi-tenant)?
