I don’t understand why, if we all pay for software, no one can install it. Everyone gets an error, forcing us to pay for installation support, even if we read and follow the simple installation steps. No one can install it because you have the software that causes installation errors. I see in all the comments that everyone who bought the software is experiencing the same problem, and you don’t resolve it, forcing us to pay for support for software that is ours since we purchased it.
I want to know the installation instructions and FAQs for the common errors that everyone in the comments is asking for support for. Or is the business model based on us having problems that we can’t solve with the manual and FAQs, like with other software?
I hope you can share this so that everyone can have it, since we pay for the software and many other things offered on the Envato website.

I have a simple 504 error that you should include in your manual, as I see many others reporting the same issue. This way, you can dedicate time to system improvements instead of addressing minor problems that can be resolved with the manual.
hi, you should speak for yourself. how many comments can you show that claims installation issue? and just compare that number to number of sales and it is clear that 99% people don’t face any issue.
you purchased it back in March 2022 and your support expired in September 2022. Apparently you had no issue for quite a long time.
it is despicable that you are trying to portray your case as if everyone is facing same issue and we are not doing anything about it. whereas the truth is that you failed to install, contacted our support and they asked to renew your support as it expired. you didn’t even reply to the support ticket and instead came here to comment. if you think such actions can force us to do what we are no supposed to, you are so mistaken.
Hello, I don’t want to criticize; the buyer feedback history is there. The issue is addressed in your manual and FAQ, which, from what I can see, aren’t correct. I don’t understand how there could be an error in filling out four basic installation fields, unless I have something disabled in the application that requires your help to resolve. I think it’s a great application, but I don’t understand how an installation script can cause an error.
We haven’t used the app in over three years, but since we bought it, we’ll start using it now that we’ve invested the money.

same logic applies…how many buyer reviews can you show that complaints about installation? compared to number of customers, how significant are they? I just clicked on ‘reviews’ tab and searched for ‘installation’ (ctrl+f), noting found! that tells you the story.
coming to your point, many people say that we have disabled something so that people cannot properly install it. this is an open challenge to you (and like minded), see if you can find such code in our system.
what can go wrong in filling up 4/5 fields…you have no idea how many things can go wrong. many a times the most obvious settings are turned off on some servers. settings/environment vary hosting to hosting. usually things go as supposed to, but in few cases they don’t. sometimes, it is user’s mistake. We can’t say for sure unless we have a look and to do that we need you to have valid support.

Hi Lincecoders, can we register a user as a partner with new role permissions and allow him to only see his warehouse data only. However, the Admin can place orders or see products from all warehouses. Is this doable on the current system?? I could not figure out this myself. Thanks
it is already there. a user assigned to a warehouse can see only his warehouse data and admin has access to all warehouses
Hi Lincoders, I purchased the script SalePro POS (without SAAS) currently. Should I install it on example: app.domain.com and later planning to purchase the SAAS based on experiecne. Is it correct way so that (1) the main domain.com will host the e- commerce page (2) subdomains will be assigned to clients (3) saas.domain.com may be assigned to saas landing page etc..
What is your recommendation this will be useful for others too. Thanks Another tip for implementation: if any random subdomain typed in the browser should be checked by the system and redirect them to main saas landing page. This way the pages won’t be indexed randonly on the search engine.

While adding a Product Name (for example: Samsung), the system shows the error “The name has already been taken.” Normally, this validation should apply to the Product Code, not the Product Name. any suggestion to add the same product name in “Product Name “

After activating the update, the page just spins and no updates happen, that’s what I mean. And you’re telling me to buy support again.
it is happening to you and certainly not happening to everyone else. if that was the case our comment section would be flooded with relevant comments. isn’t it? And as I said, you have updated before without any issue. if now it falters, it has to be checked and we cannot check without you having valid support. Alternatively, I can suggest that you download the latest version from CodeCanyon and paste everything except ’.env’ file in your installation and see if the issue i gone. And whatever you do, make sure you have taken backup first
There seem to be bug with this current update, I have never had any need for support till now. I have changed the debug mode to false and laravel is still displaying error in the page

Hello, I have added the products using import sheet, but all my product quantities are showing zero and when i m trying to add the quantity using adjustment the products are not coming up in the adjustment list even after i enter the product code. Please help its urgent.
you cannot insert quantity with product import so obviously quantity will show 0. you have to purchase to increase quantity (it is written in the documentation).

your customer doesn’t pay to us and only pays to you. you have to buy the SaaS compatible eCommerce add-on once only. not for each customer
I have recently bought the script and also I have bought the saas script but each and every time I upload am getting an error “404” It crashes and I have to upload it again and install again.
secondly when I go to the addons and put my product key under saas addon it says bad key or the script will crash.
Thirdly the software is running under www.{mydomain}/public/ can it nnot run without /public?
