Almost every day, the plugin Voicer tells me in the Dashboard that I first need to set it up and upload a key file. Unfortunately, true, the settings are reset almost every day, and I have to manually upload the json file again and set the language again. Furthermore, the settings page is extremely slow and buggy. Any idea how to fix the problem with the json key file being reset all the time?
Hello! Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin(3.3.4). Also, check your PHP version. If your PHP version is higher than 7.4 but lower than 8.0, you will need to install and use the PHP 7 compatibility plugin (Voicer PHP7). This plugin is included in the archive you downloaded from CodeCanyon.

Hi, when this plugin is active it breaks the default behavior on the Plugins page:
“View details” opens in a new page instead of the modal popup.
Updating a plugin redirects to another page instead of running via AJAX on the same list.

Hello! We currently offer more than two text‑to‑speech plugins, which differ either in their operating methods or in the APIs they use. The choice of plugin depends on your specific goals.
Voicer is based on Google Cloud API and reads text only when it’s highlighted.
Speaker https://codecanyon.net/item/speaker-page-to-speech-plugin-for-wordpress/24336046 is also based on Google Cloud, allowing for the reading of entire page content and includes a visible audio player for playback.

Hello! There was indeed an issue related to updates, but it has already been resolved. However, due to caching, you may still encounter such errors temporarily. Please go to Dashboard>Updates >click Check again https://prnt.sc/Q2S-0CbKXqoe. Then try to update it again. Otherwise, you can download the latest version of the plugin from your Envato account and update it manually.

Hi, I’ve checked with Hostinger and they confirmed that BCMath is enabled in PHP 8.3.19 which I’m using. Also confirmed with phpinfo() and WP Server Health Stats plugin. But why is Voicer (Status) still shows BCMath is not installed?

Can I edit the plugin so that “play” starts reading the entire specified block of text on the page that I indicate? Without the need for the user to select fragments, only with the possibility of continuous reading of several pages (long text) from beginning to end.

Be careful when purchasing the plugin, since with some themes it does not work on mobile… For example, I use BuddyBoss Theme and it does not work on mobile…
I have tried others and for example in Kadence or Neve it does not work, but it works well on mobile with Astra, Generate Press, Greenshift or Hello Elementor.

Hi, every 2 or 3 days, my api key gets deleted and I have to upload the json file again. I use the version 3.3.0 and php 8.3. Anyone else has this issue? Despite this, the plugin works – it is just that for some reason, the api key gets automatically reset. Any help or fix is greatly appreciated.

I have one question. I want to put a bottom on top of every post for the audio, does it mean each user who click the bottom will have it’s own text to audio generated for the same post? Plugin is generating the voice correctly, however the player image no longer appears. Only the blue chat bubble remains, without the white player.

- Determine the PHP version installed on your server
- If your version of PHP is greater than 7.4, but less than 8.0 you can either update to a newer version or continue to use the 7+ version. If you wish to stay with your current PHP version, you need to install and use the compatibility plugin for PHP 7(Voicer PHP7). It is located in the archive that you downloaded from CodeCanyon. Install and activate it as a regular WordPress plugin and after that go to the Voicer settings and on the Behaviour tab switch Compatibility to version 7.4+
- If your PHP version is 8.0 or higher the Voicer should work after the update without any additional configuration.
If the error remains with PHP version 8+ then please go to Voicer>Migration settings and make sure there is selected Delete plugin only in the Removal settings https://take.ms/X6z6p. After that, delete the Voicer plugin on the plugins page and then install the latest Voicer version. These steps are necessary to ensure that all plugin files are updated.

2. For now, it is not available but we plan to create a separate plugin based on Elevenlabs API soon.
