I am encountering an issue during the plugin registration process. The system shows the following message:
“The plugin is already registered on another domain; please revoke it to move the license to this new domain.
The problem is that I no longer own or control that domain, as it has already expired and has now been purchased by a third party, so I do not have access to revoke the license from that domain anymore.
I would kindly request you to manually revoke or reset the license from your side so that I can activate the plugin on my current domain.

Please give me more detail on this, are you importing news by categories or by separate news sources? Meaning that in the ‘Article Source’ you have specific news sources selected or you selected ‘Category – XXXX’?
If you selected specific sources, you can set the author for each rule, you just need to manually create an author for each news source and set it in the ‘Generated Post Author’ settings field.

To clarify — if I am importing news from cnn.com, I want the author displayed on my site to be cnn.com instead of the original author listed on the CNN article. Each imported post should show the RSS source domain name as the author, not the author from the original content source.

1. Yes, this is possible. Newsomatic can be configured to fetch articles from specific news sources and filtered by specific keywords.

3. It is ok, you can use OpenRouter only. Just add a dummy OpenAI API key, as the plugin requires this. But if you don’t use OpenAI models, it will not be an issue.
4. It can be better to double rewrite the articles and use also SpinRewriter, but it is not required. You can experiment with this combination and check if in your case it is helpful.
5. Yes, this is possible.
6. You can instruct the AI writer to provide high quality articles when it rewrites them.

- import post original publish date, by checking the ‘Get Post Publish Date From Item’ checkbox in rule settings.

However, if you wish, you can activate word spinner services, to make the imported content unique. Most of these services are paid and require subscriptions, like SpinRewriter or SpinnerChief. Note that this is optional. You can also use AI rewriting, if you combine Newsomatic with the Aiomatic plugin. Note that this is also optional.
So, the plugin will work without any extra charges, out of the box.
