Is there a ability to open a chatroom for set periods of time ? say 10am to 4pm?
This is a nice feature to have. We will add it to our backlog.
is there a way to have multiple users on the same account? like using chatnet as a support platform, so if for example 4 agents are online and have customers asking for stuff on the platform or using voice call, each agent can use the voice call feature at the same time? if 2 people call those 2 agents can pick up both calls if that makes sense, if this possible with chatnet? or will they have to have different accounts but still can use the call feature simultaneously?

‘This message was deleted’ – when will you remove these messages from the chat after posts are deleted?
We will be adding an option in a future update to either remove deleted messages completely or keep the “This message was deleted” placeholder, depending on your preference.

We had that option in earlier versions but removed it in version 2.0 during the redesign. We plan to refine it and add it back in an upcoming update.

The demo has a Turkish language option, but it appears to be RTL. Turkish has the Latin alphabet. I’d like you to fix this bug. Is this a fixed issue? Is it possible to change these kinds of language settings from LTL or RTL in the panel?

The demo is just an example setup, it’s not a bug. You can create and configure your own languages in ChatNet’s translation/language options, including setting the text direction (LTR or RTL).
Please note that you’ll need to provide your own translations. You can check the admin panel demo to see how it works in detail.

I just want to ask something, can we connect the Chatnet script to IRC using UnrealIRCd?
ChatNet is AJAX-based and doesn’t natively speak IRC.
Is there no API? Can’t I connect my own bot to the chat?
ChatNet doesn’t currently provide a public API for connecting external bots directly. Could you please tell us how is your bot made? May be we can come up with something.
What it is: A simple Python bot for text-based role-playing. It impersonates a “girl” character for private 1-on-1 chats (one user – one bot, no group chats). Pure text communication: the user sends a message, and the bot generates a response in role-play style (flirting, stories, etc.).
How it works: The bot uses the API from openrouter.ai to access the Grok model (from xAI) for generating responses. The logic is straightforward: it catches an incoming message from the chat → appends it to a simple in-memory buffer of the last 10 messages for context analysis (to ensure responses are coherent and build on previous dialogue) → formats a prompt for the role (“You are a cute girl, respond to: [message with context]”) → sends the API request → returns the response to the chat.
Tech details: Python 3.x, libraries like requests for API calls and a basic list or queue for the message history (no external database needed). Everything relies on the external API. The bot can handle real-time via WebSocket or polling.
I have a ready-made chatbot for ‘role-playing games’. How can I integrate it without using API?
Currently, ChatNet doesn’t have a public API to support third-party bots like that. We’re planning to introduce a bot framework for ChatNet, but there’s no confirmed ETA yet. We’ll definitely consider your suggestion as we move forward.

Just updated and it’s not very mobile friendly in portrait mode. Logo on the homepage is over the site description. Enter a chat room and you cannot chat, all you see is the chat room cover photo, no arrows to minimise sidebars.
1. Please update your old logo to be compatible with the current UI.
2. You cannot chat directly in a chat room. You must first select a group within the chat room from the list provided. Previously, we only had rooms, but now we have groups.
3. Simply click on a group. This will automatically minimize the current view and take you to the selected group.
When I create a chat room, there is no option to add this to a group? I see channels but this is not an option when creating a chat room. I don’t like this at all.

No, not at all. We were finalizing our next release, which includes wallet and membership plugins. It will be released soon, once testing is complete.

Hello, I haven’t received any response from OneCode to my ticket posted several days ago. So I’m posting a comment here. I’m trying to add an iframe to the very top of the chat_room.html page, but it doesn’t display. If I refresh the page, it appears briefly and then disappears as if there was a css overlay or javascript that disables the display. If I change the CSS display of the added div encapsulating the iframe from my browser console, it displays, but not when the page loads. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
