Is it possible for you to update the Changelog so we can see the changes included in the updates? It hasn’t been updated since December 2024, yet the latest update is from January 2026.

I purchased this script on 2025-05-04, and unfortunately my experience has not been positive.

For more than 10 months, I have been trying to launch my project using this script, but I kept facing technical issues. I opened several support tickets during my active support period, but the problems were never actually resolved, even though replies were provided.

Now I am being told that my support period has expired, and that I need to extend it to receive assistance. However, the issues were reported while my support was still active, and they remained unresolved.

Because of this situation, I will simply uninstall the script and move to another solution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing this script at the moment.

We have conducted an investigation and found that you raised two major issues:

1st Issue (KYC Alignment): This involved setting up the KYC alignment with Strowallet, and our team assisted you with this last September.

2nd Issue (Live Card Generation): The real reason for this issue was that the balance on your Strowallet account was too low to generate a live card. Our team created live cards twice in the sandbox environment to guide you. Following that, we requested that you top up your Strowallet balance to enable live mode, but you did not do so.

We have also noted that you only check in for 2–3 days a month and restart the conversation from the beginning each time. Now, you have returned after two months claiming it isn’t working—even though we clarified the matter and sent you screenshots. You want to go into live mode now, but is this our responsibility or the script’s responsibility? This is entirely a problem on the Strowallet end. Kindly contact them to fix that first.

I had to abandon the project I planned with this script, not because the support team is unresponsive—they do reply—but because the issues are never actually resolved. Some options in the system are poorly placed or make no sense. They also claim that Strowallet is available as a card provider, but after 8 months of testing, I have never been able to generate even one card, not even in test mode.

I currently have two open tickets with their support:

One opened 6 months ago,

Another opened 3 months ago, and despite their replies, the problems remain unsolved.

I regret buying this script, and I cannot recommend it to anyone in its current state.

Sorry to hear that you’re unable to create a Strowallet virtual card. To create a virtual card, certain requirements must be met such as IP whitelisting and using a unique email address for each card. If these validations are not met, the API will return an authorization error. In your ticket, the API response indicates that the email has already been used, so please check that first.

Does the product have Arabic language for the control panel, website and application? Are there payment methods available in Egypt?

You can add the Arabic language with the language options. For admin panel and user panel you need to change it from the code.
