I need to regenerate my license because I installed it on a test server when I bought it, and I didn’t know it couldn’t be put elsewhere. If you could verify my code, it has never been used again and that server is not active. That’s why I would like to regenerate the code to put it on my server.

Hey team, I just noticed a major issue. Did you know that users can’t directly fund their cards from their wallets?
Right now, a user can deposit $500 to $1,000 into their USD wallet, apply for a card, and still be asked to deposit funds via a payment gateway instead of directly debiting from their wallet.
This is completely wrong—it’s a critical bug that needs to be fixed ASAP. I could see few errors when using Rapyd or other gateways for cards. Only Stripe works well. Strowallet isn’t organized. Their requirement looks so unprofessional.
For depositing or using any virtual card user need to deposit to their account through the payment gateways available from the Admin dashboard.
Also it’s working as per the stripe or strowallet rules. Waiz script just arrange the queries from he panel.

My question was not addressed by that. Can customers not use their available balance to add money to their card? Even after having a USD balance via the USD wallet, they still need to make a deposit into their card? That setup is incorrect. Users ought to be able to top up their cards using the available money in their USD wallet.

In the payment gateway, admin adds all the payments needed by adding their merchant key and other keys. User will use their own payment ID’s to transfer or receive payments
So, it will be specifically individuals’ accounts and the verification with any rules are implemented individual,y not in waiz.

I am experiencing an issue with the payment gateway integration. I have added the necessary payment gateway details for Flutterwave, Paystack, and even implemented a manual payment option. However, whenever clients attempt to make a deposit, they frequently encounter an error message stating: “The gateway ID field is required.”
Despite ensuring that the correct details are provided, the issue persists inconsistently—at times, the payments go through successfully, but then the error suddenly reappears. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

The admin needs to approve every payment, then the amount is shown in the user’s account or transfer. There is no API for automatic processing.

I noticed that other people have been reporting to you and your team about not being able to log in to the admin panel for 4 or 5 months now. You replied that you would fix this issue in the next upgrade, well you came out with a new upgrade in Dec. 2024 and this issue remains. Why you have not fixed this issue?
