Hi, i’m testing your demo but encounter a few bugs. Like on the schedules page, i try to apply filters but it does not work or when i click om calendar view, there is no way to switch back to list view.

We’ve already released a new version a while ago that addresses these issues. Regarding the list view, please review it again — the “Upcoming” tab represents the list view.

i didnt get the clear picture of this item if i installed this on my domain, brand… etc can any professional signup, create their offerings calendar and share it with people then they can book an appointment with that professional ?
and can it be sychronized with his google/apple caledar and google meet / zoom and if the meeting is confirmed by this professional the app automatically add that booking to his for ex: google calendar and automatically create a zoom meeting link and mail it to him and to the client who booked the appointment ?
+ as long as you mentioned Powered by AI i think it will be best to have ai ahto suggesting the best booking slots to the end user and resume meetings and provide summary or the meetings ( there is multiple ways to have ai do that as integrations methods, like having a branded bot attend the meetings with the attendees as a listener and provide notes and headlines just like how goolge and microsoft does it)
Is it possible to create more translations in addition to those that already exist? Are there any ready-made translations for Portuguese?

Instead, I recommend performing the installation on a sub-domain, such as appointment.domain.com. Hi, do you know why i don’t get the notifications for your product updates? I’ve checked the “Get notified by email if this item is updated” as i have for all products i’ve purchased. I get it for other products but not for yours.

You’ve hit on an important point. We’ve intentionally disabled email notifications for product updates recently.
We made this change to avoid sending too many emails and potentially annoying customers with frequent, minor updates.

Personally i don’t mind to receive many notifications at all as long as i’m always updated for what’s going on. Otherwise i wouldn’t registered to this service.

Hi, how can professionals configure their payment platforms? I don’t see anything in the demo… I don’t know how payments and collections work. I know it integrates with Stripe and PayPal, but how do professionals get paid, and where do they configure Stripe and PayPal?

However, payment gateways can be configured for specific schedules or event types — you can explore this option while adding or editing event types.

I’m very interested in purchasing ProSchedule — it looks like an excellent solution. I just wanted to ask if, with the Regular License, it’s allowed to create a website where professionals (for example, hairdressers, therapists, trainers, etc.) can register and use the system to manage their own clients’ appointments, while I charge those professionals a subscription or fee to use the platform.
I’m clarifying this because I can’t afford the Extended License at the moment, but I’m really interested in your product and would love to know if this type of usage is possible under the Regular License, or if there’s any alternative or special agreement that could work.

Once I login, The License Information says, Status:Active Activated Domain:me**.com
But also says, Attention Required License verification failed. Please check your settings or contact support.

If I deactivate my license and reactivate, it asks me to login and when I do I get this.
Error There is one form error: These credentials do not match our records.
Later after sometime when I try to login, I get the activation failed email.

In our license server, we see you already activated the following domain with your current license.
`meetendar.com`
Is it asking again for this domain to active the license, it should not ask if the domain is same.

I found the issue but not sure how to fix it. The application is treating www.meetendar.com and meetendar.com as different servers.
If I deactivate it in www and reactivate without the subdomain it asks me to login with the subdomain but then throws the activation error. And if I reactivate the purchase code with the subdomain then the same issue, asks me to login without the subdomain then throws the error.
Any idea? Do you need to verify at your end?
@willietsang, We’ve fixed this issue. Both `www.meetendar.com` and `meetendar.com` will now be treated as the same domain, so the license should work correctly on either.

Thank you for your quick response, I’ve a different problem now.
Looks like this activation issue is fixed, when I hard refresh it doesn’t throw an activation error but now I have a issue with redirection. When I login it takes me to meetendar.com/settings/license not dashboard.

SoftEntra greate work, but plese instead to use iframe use and develop the integration form to be as emmbed options for integration. We are interested to buy i hope emmbed form will be soon avalible. And please disable the public booking from landing page that can be use only as a private service with own booking forms for each user undepending from your site.

Availability Settings: Admin can define available dates and times for users to choose from. 3. Advance Availability: There is no strict limit—admin can add availability well in advance. 4. Recurring Availability: Yes, recurring availability is supported. For example, if the admin is available every Monday from 8am to 5pm, this can be set once and reused without manually adding it every week. 5. Email Confirmation: Yes, users receive a confirmation email after booking. 6. Custom Questions: yes, you can use FAQ in that case to set question and answer from the admin panel.

Thank you purchased. Can I ask where in the admin panel I can add services I offer so user can select also where fo I add option if its follow up appointment or if its new appointment please ? Hi, I’m trying to install the script in the booking directory, but for some reason, it’s trying to load the install inside the root directory. How do I fix this so it’s pointing to the booking directory and not root directory ?

There is one form error. The event type id field is required.

✅ We’ve identified and fixed the issue regarding the missing “event type ID” error during event booking, and a new version has been released with this fix.
Regarding your question about custom fields in the schedule view: The custom fields appear in the schedule details section as a table when the schedule is expanded. On the current demo, no schedules have been submitted with custom field data yet — which is why you’re not seeing them.
If you add a new schedule using a event type that includes custom fields, you’ll be able to view that information in the expanded schedule details section.

Did you add Google Calendar integration to automatically check availability? It’s a must to manage multi booking.
Other thing when I add “after event”, no slot it’s available in any days

I will recommend you to use `yarn` instead of npm.
