Hi, I need help. My site has become so slow, it takes almost 10 seconds to load a single page. I did a fresh installation on the shared hosting server, so now I’m using the current version 7.02. I tried to contact my hosting provider, and this is what they said in the email they sent to me:

“[I checked the server logs on our side and I am seeing entries such as 116.6MB RAM and 94.23 seconds of CPU time with the process being reniced to priority 10. This kind of footprint is a strong sign that something on the site is using a lot of memory and CPU before it can finish, which can slow everything down.

Even if the site is not using WordPress, heavy custom scripts, large database queries, very big images, or third party integrations can cause high resource usage. Traffic spikes or bots that visit the site many times in a short period can also keep the CPU busy and make pages respond more slowly. So far on this website I don’t see unusual traffic but I don’t know to other website inside the server.

I also noticed that you are on our shared hosting platform where many customer sites use the same server resources. When several sites on the same server use a lot of memory or CPU at the same time, it can affect overall performance and make your own site feel slow during busy periods.

This is almost a month since these issues are not resolved. I have opened tickets but someone is always closing the ticket saying that “they have not received a response”.

Please solve these issues.

1. After upgrading, “all photos broke” and are not loading on our site. In addition, once I uploaded a photo, “the option to change photo” was disabled and I am unable to upload a replacement photo. 2. When you book an appointment through a hospital, it gives an error message “Method not allowed” 3. Appointment is only working from the main page without giving any option for user to “select a hospital” where the appointment is located. You can check your own script and try to schedule an appointment: There is “Doctor Department” and “Doctor”. (2 and 3 can be solved by adding a mandatory field for User to select a “Hospital” when scheduling an appointment or any service. Because healthcare is hospital specific, which is why you need to add this update as soon as possible) 4. ALSO Your Upgraded script is great but you assumed that all hospitals are in one City. Our hospitals are spread across multiple states, and I believe some are spread across countries. On HMS< when you click Hospital, it takes you to “Our Hospitals” page where Current filters are Hospital Name / Hospital Type. a. You may need update your filters to Country / City / Hospital Name / Hospital Type 5. On the “Our Hospital” page, when you click on the hospital name, it moves you back up instead of taking you to the homepage of that hospital. you may want to fix this as well. 6. The upgraded script removed our payments gateways and the upgraded script is blocking us from adding our payment gateways

Each hospital should have its own separate database (not just a tenant_id–based shared setup).

A Super Admin panel to onboard/manage hospitals, users, and plans.

A Hospital Admin panel for managing doctors, patients, and appointments.

A Global Patient Registry so every patient has one unique global ID or card usable across all hospitals.

A Patient Mobile App (React Native or Flutter) where users can search doctors or services across all hospitals, view availability, and book appointments without first selecting a hospital.

The backend should be modular, API-driven, and compatible with Docker for deployment scalability.

I also need a white-label license with complete source code access, allowing full customization and resale rights under my own brand.

Please redesign the Frontend (Landing Page) of the script or create a button to disable it, so I can build a custom frontend that meets the 2025 design standard.

Lastly, I think the frontend designer needs to improve creatively, because this is the second script I’ve bought from you where I had to disable the landing page due to poor design.
