Guys, i am not happy with your services. It’s been over four months since I bought this script, and I’m yet to use it due to some issues. Please, I want a refund. I am no longer interested.

Please redesign the Frontend (Landing Page) of the script or create a button to disable it, so I can build a custom frontend that meets the 2025 design standard.

Please add a chat feature to enhance communication.

Many of us who purchase scripts like this are not developers—we invest in them to run businesses and make money. Therefore, the script must be continuously improved and updated.

I recently lost a potential client because essential features like a chatroom, calendar and POS system were missing. That was a very painful experience.

If these suggestions or requests are not going to be implemented, then refunds should be considered.

Lastly, I think the frontend designer needs to improve creatively, because this is the second script I’ve bought from you where I had to disable the landing page due to poor design.

Hi. Am having lots of issues with email activation and password reset for the past two months. 1. All my clients emails are being flagged off as spam when they register hospitals or register patients. Mind you, most clients use gmails. So how am i supposed to use this system? What i dont understand is, I also bought POS SaaS from you guys. It is working in the same environment and cpanel as this script. POS SaaS is sending activation and reset emails without having issues but this one is having issues. Do you mean you dont have a solution for this? 2. Also when the subscription ends the renewing button for payment becomes inactive. Among others, these are the most pressing issues which have made this system not usable and i have already paid for it

We would like to request an enhancement to the smart card functionality in InfyHMS-SaaS.

Currently, every patient’s insurance card has a unique number that identifies the patient. We need the system to use this unique number as the primary key whenever insurance details are updated on the smart card.

Why this is important:

1. Accuracy: Ensures the insurance information is always linked to the correct patient.

2. Consistency: Keeps the smart card insurance details synchronized with the insurance card.

3. Error Prevention: Eliminates the risk of assigning the wrong insurance data to another patient.

In summary, we need the smart card to act as an extension of the insurance card, with the unique number serving as the secure link between both.

We added it to our feedback queue but we can not provide you specific timeline when this enhancement will be implemented.

I have the same issue reported by (MrDudu69) 4 days ago.

After updating, “all photos broke” and are not loading on our site. In addition, once I uploaded a photo, “the option to change photo” was disabled and I am unable to upload a replacement photo.

Please look into this as it is now clearly related to the recent upgrade.

Please look into the latest update. After upgrading, all photos broke, and the option to change photos was disabled.

I contacted support, but the issue persisted. During the session via Anydesk, I granted access but exited when asked for full access.

I also tried installing the script as a new one, but the problem remains—the photos are still broken. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please expand the user roles and permissions so the hospital admin can add roles and assign permissions, instead of the pre-defined roles currently in the system.
