We are currently using your product designer tools for our B2C t-shirt printing business and are highly satisfied with the platform.
As we continue to expand, we are exploring the possibility of adapting your system for our print-on-demand business model, particularly to support seamless reseller integration. Here’s what we are looking to achieve:
API-Based Reseller Integration: We need a system where our resellers can integrate their Shopify or WooCommerce stores with our platform via API. This would allow for real-time synchronization between their website and our system.
Order Sync: Once a reseller receives an order on their website, the order should automatically sync with our system through the API. This would allow us to receive the order, produce the item, and fulfill it from our warehouse.
Seamless Fulfillment: After receiving the synced order, we will handle the production and ship the item directly to the reseller’s customer, under the reseller’s branding.
We would like to know if your system can be adapted to offer such functionality with API integration for Shopify and WooCommerce. We believe this enhancement could benefit both our business and our resellers by streamlining operations and offering a seamless experience for customers.

Regarding your questions about API-based reseller integration, order synchronization, and automatic fulfillment workflows:
At the moment, Lumise is designed strictly as a front-end product designer tool for WooCommerce and Shopify. It does not support building a centralized Print-on-Demand system, and unfortunately we are not able to provide custom development for the type of API-based reseller integration you described.
This includes: • syncing orders from external reseller stores • API automation between multiple stores • fulfillment management or reseller dashboards • building a POD platform on top of Lumise
These features require a dedicated backend system that is beyond the scope of Lumise’s architecture.
We are very sorry that we cannot support this level of customization, but we want to be transparent so you can plan your business structure accurately.
If you continue using Lumise for your B2C operation, we will always be here to support you. But for a full Print-on-Demand reseller platform, you may need a separate system specifically built for that purpose.

Pre-purchase question: I have the Lumise Designer Tool plug-in. Does the “Price discount” add-on for quantity discounts work with any product or only with products customized with the Lumise plug-in? My store has both customized and non-customized products.

The Price Discount add-on only works with products customized using the Lumise Designer. It does not apply to regular WooCommerce products that are not using Lumise.

Copy/Paste Functions Not Working in Product Designer
Hello Lumise Support Team,
I am currently using the Lumise product designer tool on my website. While designing products, I noticed that the copy, paste, and duplication functions (e.g., CTRL+C / CTRL+V or right-click options) are not working within the editor.
Is there a way to enable or fix these functions? I would like to allow users to easily duplicate design elements during customization.

At the moment, the Lumise Product Designer does not support native copy/paste or duplication functions using keyboard shortcuts like CTRL+C / CTRL+V or right-click within the editor.

I noticed that when exporting a design using the Lumise Designer, only SVG and PNG formats are available. I would like to confirm whether PDF export is supported or not.
Additionally, I would like to ask if there is any way to automatically add a custom header and footer (such as my company logo and details) to the design when a user downloads it. Is this possible through the existing plugin settings or via a customization?

Hello, in your product designer does not have the feature to add “PRE-DEFINED” text areas to the template. For example I will define a text area on the tempalte and when user clicks on it, it directly open the text edit. And for example this text area will not have permission to move it will be fixed. Or we will make it moveable. Can you add this feature with price?
