Is this the updated 3.0 bundle? I purchased the Product Designer some time ago but the Pixabay/Unsplash images are not working. Do I need to purchase the new addon bundle or should I be able to update my existing bundle?

Hi! I’m facing a problem while importing images , templates and clipart to the design area. When I click on any clipart, image and template to import it on my product design area it continuously showing me loading bar with the text importing. can you please tell me what is the issue? Also please let me know can we change the measurement of object from cm to inches?

Where is the display property add-on. I don’t see that in the downloaded file.

Hi your demo for the add on bundle doesn’t seem to ever load. It makes me wonder if there is a bug in it? I am interested in ordering this but it is hard to trust it if the demo doesn’t even work correctly. Can you fix it? Also your website doesn’t have a secure connection and it gives me this warning “Your connection is not private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information from lumise.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards)” You should really get an https secure connection if you have resources on there people can’t access. Thanks

Hello! I am thinking of purchasing the membership for sync templates and clipart, but I need to understand. If I cancel my membership in the future, will all clip art and templates disappear from my website? Or will they remain?

Or, what if I purchase Premium Membership and sync 400 items, then I downgrade to Pro, will my items list shrink to 300 (max per month for pro) or will my 400 items remain?

You can go to Printing type -> Resource -> Fonts/Templates…. —> List colors: Delete the colors you dont want to use. Refer to my instruction video below

Hi, Lumise is a great plugin, but i’m facing a problem. Product discount form won’t work when trying adding or editing a product discount.

Here’s console log on the Product Discount form page (add or edit) :

I know that my support has expired, but this kind of bug must be fixed as soon as possible. It’s not a conflict with another plugin, it’s a core code problem….

Your plugin have to deal with with single quote in product title for other languages(my site is in french). Removing single quotes in my products titles fixed the issue….
