Please i want to change default language from English to French. I have open Phpmyadmin, Language table; change english default to “0” and french to “1”. But default is still English. Please help me

I found an issue with the code. Whenever I make a sale and then visit the user dashboard, it shows a blank page.

One issue I identified is related to partial payments. For example, when purchasing an item like an apple costing 500, if the payment is split — such as 400 by cash and 100 by card — an error occurs. Similarly, when using more than two payment methods for a single transaction, the system also displays errors. and add credit sales methods , installment payment with interest and without interest methods , loyal point and reddem , cupon redeem
I’ll continue monitoring and share more findings to help enhance the system’s performance and reliability.

First of all, I would like to congratulate you once again on the excellent work done in developing this system, as well as to highlight the outstanding support team you have — always attentive and efficient.
However, I would like to mention a few aspects that I believe are important to further improve the system. These are not complex features, but they are essential to enhance its functionality:
1. Registration Validation: Currently, the system does not include a validation method such as Google reCAPTCHA or another similar mechanism. This feature is crucial to prevent malicious registrations and protect data integrity.
2. Filters and Search in the Admin Panel: In the Subscriptions section, it is not possible to filter by status (active, expired), plan type, or payment type. In addition, the search box is not functioning properly. The same issue occurs in the Transactions and Users sections. Having more filtering options would greatly improve data management.
3. Service Management: At the moment, the system only allows adding products, but not services. This functionality is very important for businesses that offer services instead of tangible products. For example, a mechanic shop needs to list repair services, and a beauty salon needs to list manicure services.
I would also like to emphasize that these features should not be considered as customizations but rather as intrinsic and fundamental components of a point-of-sale system. They represent basic operational capabilities that many users expect by default.
These observations come from daily system use and feedback from various clients. My intention is to help make the system even better and more adaptable to different business models.

Also, please consider adding an on-screen keyboard to the POS interface, since we primarily use touch screens rather than a mouse.

First of all, I want to thank you for the excellent work you’re doing. The system is already very pleasant to use, but I’d like to share a few suggestions that could help improve the user experience and overall performance:
1. Country code issue Some international phone codes are not accepted by the system. For example, the number +2250777365486 (Côte d’Ivoire) doesn’t go through. Suggestion: Please review and extend the compatibility of international phone codes, especially for African countries.
2. Translation management improvement When we want to modify a word or translation, we currently have to scroll through the entire list. Suggestion: Add a search bar in the translation editor to quickly find and edit specific words or phrases.
3. PDF export not supported The PDF export feature doesn’t seem to work yet. It would be very useful to generate and download reports or documents directly in PDF format.
4. Add more payment methods Please consider integrating additional payment options suited for the African market, especially Fusion Money / FusionPay, to facilitate local transactions.
5. PWA (Progressive Web App) support It would be great to make the system installable as a mobile app (PWA) with push notifications, allowing users to access it more easily from their mobile devices.
6. Simplify the product creation process The current product registration process has too many required fields. Suggestion: Simplify the form or divide it into steps to make it faster and more user-friendly.
7. Database backup from the app Please add a database backup/export option directly from the application, especially for SaaS users. This would help ensure data safety and easy recovery if needed.

I’d like to share another suggestion regarding the quantity input Entering whole numbers such as 1/2/3/4/5/10… works smoothly.
However, entering decimal values like 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4… is inconvenient. Currently, I have to type the number in another application and then copy-paste it into the quantity field.
To improve usability, I recommend adding an on-screen keyboard optimized for numeric input within touch POS devices . This would allow users to quickly and easily enter fractional quantities directly, without switching apps.
I’ll prepare a video demonstration and share it with you privately for better illustration.

Hello, I like your app and I will buy it. some features request : 1) Show expiry date (when 30 days left) icon on products in POS. 2) price per quantity in each product. Eg. From 5 quantity the price is… from 10 the price is… On the pos when the quantity is 6 the app apply the custom price. 3) custom product price for customer category eg. We can create a vip price so on the pos when we choose a customer in this category, the price change accordingly 4) direct login to POS for some users 5) custom dashboard widgets (with options eg. Profit loss this month) so we can customize it. 6 ) product combination. Eg. A product or service can be a combination of 2 quantity of product A and 1 quantity of product B. When the service or product is sell on the pos, the stock of product A and B is reduced from 2 and 1 7) offline work and pos caching 8 ) options to hide tax and discount in pos 9) add web hook and telegram notification for user, admin and customer 10) superadmin can allow payment gateway to be used by users. The users can add their API account parameter or (use the one of superadmin with withdrawal)

Hello, I really like this POS system. However, during checkout I noticed that when a customer pays more than the total bill, there’s no option to enter the amount received and have the system calculate the change due.
Did I maybe miss a setting where this can be enabled? If not, this is a very important feature in retail POS, and I’d like to know if it’s already planned for an update.
At POS Screen >> In Payment Modal >> You need to enter amount to and Change return automatically calculated.
