Is there any features in the POS SaaS for Multi Store / Outlets Extended License that is not in the Regular License ?

You need to run npm run rtl command. whenever you change in scss file then run npm run rtl command, that compiles scss to css.

I’m reviewing the system, and I congratulate you. It’s a great system. However, one thing that’s making me dizzy about buying it is that the plan creation options are very limited. For example, what would be the difference between creating a free plan (a free subscription) and being able to limit the number of products you can add, or limiting the amount of cloud storage you can use to save product images? I think doing that would make it almost 100% complete.

First of all, congratulations on the recent updates — the progress is clearly visible and really encouraging. However, I’ve noticed a few areas that could still be improved to enhance the user experience. Please find my feedback below:

1. Phone Numbers: The system currently rejects some 10-digit numbers and certain international dialing codes like +225 (e.g., +225 0777453398). This makes registration difficult for users from some countries.

2. Language Settings: There is no option to set a default language or to disable the others.

3. POS – Partial Payment: The partial payment feature is either missing or not well implemented. It also does not appear on the receipt, which is important.

4. Gross Profit Display: On mobile, gross profit is hidden or hard to find — sometimes even inaccessible. It should be clearly visible on the main dashboard.

5. Inventory Export: Exporting the inventory doesn’t work properly, and the data available is either incomplete or not usable.

6. Adding Services: It’s currently impossible to add service-type products, which limits flexibility for many businesses.

7. POS Register Details: The register section within the POS doesn’t display details correctly or in a readable format.

Additional Suggestions:

Consider integrating payment gateways that support African countries, such as Money Fusion Pay.

Reduce the number of mandatory fields when adding new products to make the process faster and easier.

2. Yes, but when we try to disable a language, the application returns an error stating that all languages are set as default. This prevents us from customizing the active languages.

3. The partial payment feature is available, but it does not appear on the receipt. Also, key details such as:

the amount paid,

the remaining balance,

and the payment status should be clearly displayed in the order details.

A. I also noticed that all the information related to creating a permission/authorization is only in English, and there is no way to switch it to French. This part is not translated and lacks language options.

I would like to suggest a few important improvements for your POS system:

  • Product Variant Code: Each product variant should have its own unique code. This is essential for better tracking and inventory management.
  • Touchscreen Optimization: The POS should include an on-screen keyboard, as most cashiers are using touchscreens. Also, all buttons should be larger, especially the Pay and Print buttons, as they are the most frequently used.
  • Image Optimization: Please add a product image cropper or optimizer. Users tend to upload high-resolution images, which significantly slows down the loading speed of the POS.
  • Product Deletion Bug: There is a bug where the product cannot be deleted even when its stock is 0. Please fix this issue.

I’m currently facing a serious issue with the authentication system. No login credentials are being recognized—neither for my clients nor for myself as the super administrator. I can no longer access the platform; I keep getting an error message on every login attempt.

Additionally, the password reset feature doesn’t work—the system keeps rejecting the email address entered.

I believe the script and overall login process need to be urgently reviewed. The situation is critical, as several of my subscribers are complaining and even starting to request refunds.

Please address this as a top priority.
