Classeventie was a different product built in Codeigniter. And Eventmie is completely a different product built in Laravel. And Eventmie is the future, we’re never going to abondon this and you will see a new major release every year.

Thank you very much. I have a question. I downloaded the package from your website, but it still says 3.0. However, I did a diff of the files and noticed some of the changes you mention in 3.0.1, so I assume it’s version 3.0.1.
My question is, there are two files: the Webinstaller and Eventmie-Pro-3.0, which is 2MB. Is it okay to only upload Eventmie-Pro-3.0, the 2MB file? Or do I need to overwrite everything with the Webinstaller file?
Finally, I have a shared server, and I don’t have the update functions you mention in the documentation. Is it just a matter of uploading and replacing the existing files? Or how can I do it on my shared server?

is this project dead? I wish i would receive notifications on any updates. I purchased the script on your own website, but i’m listed here in comments as ” not purchased/ not a customer”, and i don’t get any notifications/updates. I invested $1,300 dollars in the hope that this will be a working script constantly supported and developed. I’m not seeing any of that. In this day and age when new features get developed daily by Claude AI and other AI solutions very fast, you guys seem not doing any of that. Are you just trying to squeeze cash on personal customization from your clients?. This is a very wrong time to do something like this, as there are many enthusiastic high school kids who will just take over and do a better job. I believe in your product, that’s why i invested. PLEASE get your script into a hyper mode, offer more plugins based on your clients requests.

We have not discontinued this project and this project will continue for lifetimes, and new versions will keep coming every year.
All verified Eventmie Pro and FullyLoaded customers receive email notifications whenever an update is released. Our most recent update was released on 23 September 2025, which included multiple bug fixes and improvements as part of version 3.0.
We are currently in the process of releasing another update this week, and once it is published, all customers will automatically receive an update notification via email, as per our standard process.
Regarding update visibility: If a purchase was made directly through our website (outside CodeCanyon), CodeCanyon may not automatically mark the account as a verified buyer in the comments section. This does not affect access to updates or support, which are handled through our official channels.
We take product stability, long-term support, and customer feedback very seriously. Development is carried out with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and real-world event business needs, rather than releasing frequent but unstable changes. This ensures that organisers can operate their businesses smoothly and commission-free.

Version 3.0 has a bug regarding the “Verify email” notification.
I’ve noticed that “Verify Email Before Login” isn’t enabled, yet two emails are still being sent to verify the user. It’s duplicated and is ignoring the fact that it’s been disabled in the control panel.
Please check this. I’ve already run several tests with the initial installation, and the problem persists. Thank you.

I would like to report a bug in the mobile App. Please see the video. Today is Saturday. Repeating event has dates that are expired – in the app visitors do not see this). When i click on “Get Tickets” button, nothing happens, – it’s very confusing, only after many times going to different events and adding tickets Checkout screen appears with alot of “0” tickets. You guys need to have a menu button “Shopping Cart” somewhere in the app, otherwise the entire checkout process becomes very confusing and frustrating. Also, is there a way for a user to add any event to “Saved” list? -If they are not ready to buy but want to save.

On the checkout page there should be a way to remove a “strange ticket” by sliding row to the left with red “remove” button appear – that’s the standard iPhone behavior user expect.

Hello, I’m interested in buying the bundle Web Pro + App. i’m testing iPhone app and found some glitches, example: when an unregistered user is trying to buy a ticket -> enters his basic info – the Name / Email cards slide up and it’s impossible to enter info. Hi Classiebit team, thanks for your prompt response. I asked because in your Apple app description it says that there is Wallet integrated, but when i tested the app itself, there was no option to pay by iPhone wallet and it doesn’t look that .pkpass can be generated.

we’ve purchased the FullyLoaded version of Eventmie Pro and would like to ask about a feature related to the Reserved Seating module.
We need to be able to sell two ticket variants for the same seat – for example: • Adult ticket (full price) • Child ticket (reduced price)
Currently, each seat seems to allow only one price level or category (e.g. VIP, Regular, Economy). Is there a built-in way (or a recommended customization) to let a customer select a seat and then choose between multiple ticket types (e.g. Adult vs Child) for that same seat, without duplicating the seat on the map?
If not available out of the box, could you please advise the best approach or hook to extend this functionality?

If a ticket is scanned already would someone else be able to use a copy of that ticket to gain entry
nope, the scanner will say already scanned alert once a ticket is scanned.
