we’ve purchased the FullyLoaded version of Eventmie Pro and would like to ask about a feature related to the Reserved Seating module.
We need to be able to sell two ticket variants for the same seat – for example: • Adult ticket (full price) • Child ticket (reduced price)
Currently, each seat seems to allow only one price level or category (e.g. VIP, Regular, Economy). Is there a built-in way (or a recommended customization) to let a customer select a seat and then choose between multiple ticket types (e.g. Adult vs Child) for that same seat, without duplicating the seat on the map?
If not available out of the box, could you please advise the best approach or hook to extend this functionality?

If a ticket is scanned already would someone else be able to use a copy of that ticket to gain entry
nope, the scanner will say already scanned alert once a ticket is scanned.

In the Mobile app when signed in as organizer there are a few things missing like the ability to see the amount of money collected for the sale of tickets and a the option to request withdrawals from the app will those be available in a future update
As an organizer are you able to create sub-organizers, POS, and scanner accounts for your team ? I did not see the option to do that in the organizer app or the web site web-app
Is there an option to create an event in the app as an organizer or manager?

Hi. Although I’ve sent several messages via email and WhatsApp, I never receive timely responses — it always takes at least three days, and often I don’t get a reply at all. Your WhatsApp Business line also seems quite useless, as it doesn’t provide any real support. Here, however, I noticed that you replied to a comment just 24 hours ago, while my messages — sent both by email and WhatsApp — are still unanswered. I assume that CodeCanyon messages also reach you via email, but since comments here are public, you probably reply more quickly. I’d really like to purchase your script, but this lack of communication, combined with such long response times, makes me feel anxious and frustrated — especially since other developers on Envato, even with more products, manage to reply much faster. Hi, you’ve done a great job with Eventmie Pro, and as a purchasing user, I’d like to give you some suggestions for future updates. 1. Eventmie Pro is incredible, but consider whether you could sell the payment gateways separately (as an extension) later on. 2. FullyLoaded is extremely expensive for almost 95% of us who are just starting out here, and in my case, I’m sure if I had the money to buy FullyLoaded I would, but I wouldn’t use many features. So, investing in FullyLoaded is expensive, but many of us here wouldn’t take advantage of it because with Eventmie Pro we only need that one. At the same time, we have Eventmie Pro, but we have to handle a lot of offline payments because it only has PayPal, and in many countries, people don’t have PayPal. I’m very pleased to greet you and congratulate you on your great work. I don’t regret having purchased it. I hope you can take my suggestions into account. Thank you very much.

Hi is this multi vendor project?
Is there an affiliate system included? my idea was, admin earns a percentage from sales.
1) The company registers for free and sells the event.
2) Affiliate has a unique personal link where if someone buys through that link, admin will recognize a percentage to the affiliate.
3) So admin pays the company, and if some customer buys using the affiliate’s link, admin also pays a small percentage to the affiliate.
