Is it possible to set a maximum number of orders assigned to delivery drivers?
For example, if a driver is near the restaurant, can the system select them to pick up two or more orders and deliver them according to a route, prioritizing the closest customer and finally the furthest?
Another question: Orders are assigned automatically based on each restaurant’s configuration, but can a driver receive more orders while waiting for a previous delivery?
For example, if a driver receives order number 1 and is waiting at the restaurant for delivery, and three more customers place orders along the same route or address as customer 1, can the system assign more orders to the same driver? Can they then pick up orders 1, 2, 3, and 4 simultaneously and deliver them according to a system-defined route, for example, delivering order 3 first (due to proximity), then order 1, then order 4, and finally order 2 (because it’s the furthest from the restaurant)?

First of all, you guys have done an excellent job. I was checking the demo of your product, and there’s one thing I didn’t understand, so I thought I should just ask. Since a website is accessible worldwide, anyone from anywhere can open it and try to place an order. But the issue is that the location is only detected at the very end, when the user enters their address, and that’s when they find out they’re outside the service area.
Shouldn’t it detect the location right when the website loads and show the user that message immediately? Many food delivery websites work this way. Or if I’m understanding it wrong, please let me know.
Thank you for your feedback. We currently validate the user’s service area at the address entry stage because this provides the most accurate result. Early detection on page load usually relies on IP or browser location permissions, which can be inaccurate or affect user experience. However, this can be added as a customization if required.
The problem that occurs in the POS is usually due to internet issues. So can this POS work offline, or what solution does this system provide for that?
Currently, our POS is a web-based application, so it requires an active internet connection to function. At this moment, full offline mode is not available in this system.
You should add slider in the app and link with items and categories as well.

The default method is cash on delivery. You don’t need to explicitly select it.
How does vendor system work in merchat or admin panel how does shop/restaurant owner add items according to different shops/restaurants.
