1. Currently, we do not have any KOT printer support in our system.
2. We do not have a waiter app.
3. Currently, we do not have such a feature for identifying or merging them together.
4. We do not have a feature for a POS Order without payment. But customers can do table orders for pay later. A token is mandatory to identify customers easily & for more flexibility, we have kept it manual.
5. You have to enable notifications from your dashboard & firebase to get notifications on your dashboard.
6. On our current system, we do not have those features.
7. Yes, we have an OTP or Guest login feature on our customer app.

I couldn’t find an option to charge cards directly through the POS instead of using the machine. This feature is needed to run orders remotely from phone calls. Please let me know if you can add this.

I’m testing the web platform and the iPhone app, and I’ve noticed that the content on both platforms is different. For example:
On the web, the chicken dumplings item shows QTY, SIZE, and ADDONS.
On the iOS app, the same item only shows QTY (without SIZE or ADDONS).
Could you please clarify if the app is using a different database, or if it simply doesn’t support those options?

In this setup, delivery staff usually work in-house on a salary basis, so there isn’t a separate functionality for them. That said, the system does keep a record of all orders delivered by each delivery boy, which you can view directly from their profile.
Why is the Total Order on the Overview Dashboard always 0, even when there is an order that is currently active or done/accepted? What function that counting for that part? What is the difference between Total Orders in the Order Statistics Dashboard? Do you have a product manual for this? Thanks!

Why is it so hard to change the color of this app? You need to add this feature on the next release, since every business has a personal brand and color that needs to be also in line with the web, but you are missing this custom color and you are always asking for customization for that, it is not good for such a color change. why each branch having same items to sell??? I want to each branch to have different items to sell, please make it like this. Each branch sometimes has their special item to sell based on its location.
