If you purchase any license during the campaign, you can use the coupons from that campaign at a later time.

When the add-on price is $130 but the Extended License (with coupon) is $119, how will the additional $11 be handled or adjusted?

You can use the coupon to purchase any extensions in the MagicMarket. If your cart total is less than the coupon value, you pay nothing. If it’s more, you only pay the difference.

- just one small clarification – i understand there is 2 day support response. when we upgrade to next version will it still by any chance go through license activation dependencies where in site will be down and we have to raise case and wait for activation again n again ?

There are currently no issues with the update process. However, on rare occasions, a server-side error (such as a max execution time limit) may occur which is beyond our control.
We strongly recommend keeping a backup beforehand so that, in the unlikely event of an issue, you can easily roll back easily.

The Extended License unlocks the Marketplace not the Regular License, where you can explore and purchase extensions and themes to enhance your Magic AI experience.
Please note that paid extensions are not included with the Extended License and must be purchased separately.
ChatPro is not a chatbot extension. It provides the AI chat functionality, whereas the chatbot features are offered separately through the External Chatbot extension.
