We just purchased this however as per the shared code it looks like an PHP application while we expected an native mobile app as per the name mentioned. Can you verify what technology is used for this.

To clarify, this is not a standalone mobile app package. It is a Perfex CRM module that acts as a bridge between your CRM and our pre-built mobile applications.
You need to:
Install the module inside your Perfex CRM (PHP-based). Download the pre-published mobile apps from the App Store or Google Play. Connect the app with your CRM using the module.
Once connected, you can start using the mobile app with your existing Perfex installation.

What is the need of selling this module then? We wanted to self customize the app and thats why purchased this module thinking that it has the mobile source code. We dont need this module anymore if mobile app cannot be white labelled.

When we create custom fields, they appear in the tickets on the mobile app, but they don’t appear when we reply to the ticket. It’s important for us that they also appear when replying to the ticket. Is it possible to fix this?

We’ve updated, and the latest version is giving us this problem: “No migration could be found with version number: 4310”.We tried to submit a ticket, but it won’t let us; it says our code is incorrect. Another system error. We would appreciate a solution. We’re still having the same problem, but it’s not the previous error. Now the menus aren’t appearing. We can’t work with the app. Please check it. There wasn’t a problem before. We don’t know if it’s due to the new Perfex update. But we see comments about the same problem. Thanks

Hello, If I purchase this Perfex CRM app, will it support all of my currently installed modules, or is it limited only to the specific features listed in the app description?
And can I use it for SAAS also?
The app supports the core Perfex CRM features that are listed in the item description. It does not automatically support all third-party or custom modules unless they are specifically integrated.
Regarding SaaS usage: the module is license-based and works for one Perfex CRM installation (one domain). Since SaaS setups usually involve multiple domains, it may not work with default configurations. However, custom SaaS integration is possible.

hi Guys – If I buy this app can my brother who is my partner – who is also using Perfex all day for leads, invoices etc – can he use it as well ? or is it just for me ? I will have 3-5 staff members using perfex
Yes, multiple staff members (including your partner) can use the app as long as they are users of the same Perfex CRM installation. Each user logs in with their own Perfex credentials, and access is controlled by CRM roles and permissions.
Please note that one license works for one Perfex CRM installation (one domain). If you have another separate Perfex CRM installation, a separate license would be required.

The file upload size limit depends on your server’s PHP configuration (e.g., upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in php.ini). You can increase those values to allow larger uploads.
Regarding task tags, they’re not yet supported in the current version, but we’re already planning to include them in an upcoming update.

When I try to upload a large file, I get a message saying there’s no internet connection.
I can upload large files (> 100MB) using Perfex (browser).

Good app. However, we have a comment. It could be done in a way that allows us to show different information to each of our several employees. For example, regarding tasks, the amounts shouldn’t be displayed; they should only be able to start a timer, upload photos, and comment. A greeting.
