I’m very happy to see the myperfexcrm team join CodeCanyon. I’ve been following you, and you are a very capable Prefex CRM development team. Regarding this application, I have a few questions I hope you can answer before purchasing: 1. Does it support multiple languages? 2. Will users get all the source code? 3. What is the difference between the white-label version and this version? I know you have been providing the white-label version on your official website; 4. Does it support custom development?

To answer your questions:

1. Yes, the app supports multiple languages.

2. You’ll receive the complete source code of the Perfex CRM module (which connects your CRM with our pre-published mobile apps on Google Play and the App Store). The app source itself isn’t included, as it’s not part of this package.

3. The white-label version includes full custom branding, your own logo, colors, and publishing under your developer accounts. The standard version here connects directly with our official, pre-published app. We sell this product only on CodeCanyon and nowhere else.

Answering your questions. 1. Yes, you can simply install the module, download the app from the store and connect it. We don’t have the customer portal yet, but it’s coming very soon.

2. Yes, we do have an option for a white label app. Please email at support@myperfexcrm-help.freshdesk.com for more details.

3. Scan to lead feature is in the pipeline, but we can’t say when it will be developed but eventually we will do.

Your app is very interesting; however, if add features that could significantly improve its value: like add lead by scanning business card or scan barcode to add lead ,very useful in exhibition ,

how multi user can access in server by his login credentials

Hello, I’m interested in your product PerfexGO – Native Mobile App Integration for Perfex CRM and would like to clarify a few points before purchasing: Do I need to publish the app on Google Play and the Apple App Store, or can users download it directly from the website? Is it possible to connect clients to the system so they can view their service orders and tickets? The app is already published on Google Play and the App Store, so you don’t need to publish it yourself. Users can simply download it directly from there.

Clients will be able to connect and view their tickets in the upcoming customer-facing app release (planned very soon).

Push notifications and in-app notifications exist, but payments can be made through the in-app browser, just like on the web.

I would like to know if it is possible for my clients to access via the mobile app with only certain functions enabled (e.g., everything related to tickets), while admins can see all the features of Perfex CRM or, depending on their role, also have more or fewer functions enabled. thanks :-)

Thanks for your interest! By the end of this week, we’re planning to release a new version of the app with staff chat module support. The next upcoming release, expected by the end of next week, will introduce the customer-facing app where both staff and customers can login to the same app, same like in the web portal.

ERROR – 2025-09-15 00:41:45 -> Severity: error -> Exception: Undefined constant “AI_LEAD_MANAGER_VAL_PROD_POINT” /home/crmroyaltech/public_html/modules/perfex_mobile_companion/libraries/Envatoapi.php 111

The CRM was back up and running after renaming the plugin folder. Once the plugin was activated, the server returned a 500 error and crashed again.

Thanks for letting us know — here’s what’s needed to get the scanner working:

The package requires PHP 8.2+.

Make sure the GD extension is enabled on your server (required for PNG image generation). Packagist

If you’re using cPanel:

Log in and open Select PHP Version or PHP Extensions.

Ensure the PHP version is 8.2 or above.

Enable the gd extension.

Save changes and restart the web service or reload the page.

Once done, try the scanner again. If you’re still encountering issues, please reach out directly at support@myperfexcrm-help.freshdesk.com , and we’ll assist you further.

Could you confirm whether the source code is included with this purchase? Also, is the solution compatible with a SaaS deployment of Perfex CRM? My setup involves clients subscribing to my Perfex instance—would they be able to access and use the same apps provided?

Your app is very interesting; however, it’s missing some key features that could significantly improve its value:

When you create a lead, there’s no option to send a proposal directly by email. The only option available is from the invoice. Additionally, when attempting to send an email, the default email template (which is already preconfigured in Perfex according to the client’s language) does not appear. This forces the user to write the entire email manually.

I also suggest considering a more generic app branding approach, similar to what GoHighLevel has done. Their app doesn’t directly reveal that it belongs to them, which makes it easier to market and resell. If your app always shows “Perfex CRM,” it may reduce adoption. With a different, more neutral brand name, you could attract a much larger client base, especially if you continue adding new features.

We’re currently interested in sending quotes directly from our phones, as we have salespeople who don’t bring their own computers.

I like the demo test as an initial version, but I’m not satisfied with the way you are presenting it. We are establishing a business, not directing our partners to a public app.

Our module is license-based, meaning each license is tied to a single domain. The Perfex SaaS module provides multi-domain capability, so it will not work with multiple domains/sub-domains.
