Uh-oh! @elbsinero!! I installed the update and now the website is returning a critical error when people try to register! I am running the recommended version of PHP (8.3), the latest version of WordPress, and all plugins are up-to-date. I tried swapping in a default (Twenty Twenty-Five) theme and disabling all plugins except Events+. Nothing helped. Ideas/suggestions?

Perhaps no one else has upgraded to the latest version just yet… I am currently in the middle of event registrations for an event on 7/23. I had to revert to the previous, working version. After the event, I will reach out again. My support subscription is expired but am happy to extend it through Envato and submit a ticket at that time. Thanks so much!

Hi, user account functionality is not built into the plugin. Users can register for your events without the need to create an account.

yes, you can create your own event registration form using dropdowns, radio buttons, text fields, etc.

there is no backend demo as we are building the lite version for the wp repository. Attendees have to be confirmed manually, you can export the attendees list as a .csv or excel file and check them in.

Hi, yes, you can setup different ticket types, prices, and discounts but not based on user type. You cannot connect with PayU or WooCommerce, it has its own internal payment process and you can use PayPal, Authorize.net, and Stripe for payments. You can also create free events. English is the main language of the plugin.

Yes, just create the event as a free event and it will register users just fine without the need to pay

Hi, yes, you can use to create all types of events and sell tickets using PayPal, Authorize.net, or Stripe for credit cards. Users will register and pay for the event online and you will be able to export the attendee list for each event.

Yes, you can add your own URL for registration so when a customer clicks on the view more button he is taken to an external URL for information and not to register for the event.
Hi there – pre sales question. My client wants to have a system to sell tickets to events. If a user buys a ticket via your plugin, what do they get in the way of an actual ticket? Is there a printable individual ticket of some kind with unique ID or QR code that they can present at the event, or is it the WooCommerce receipt? Or something else? Thanks.
Hi, the plugin only sends a confirmation link with all the event information. Admin can print the attendees list and check them in when they arrive at the event.

Hi, the only obligatory fields in the registration form are name and email, the rest can be removed from the admin section.
