Pre-purchase question…..From the demo….there is no invoice template for A4 Sheet….only thermal receipt printer template….Most customers prefer the A4 to the thermal receipt template….There should be a beautiful A4 template and an option to set a template as default
The A4 invoice template already exists — you can find it in the Sales list by clicking Download PDF. It’s a full A4 layout, separate from the thermal receipt.
Also, I have a custom SMS API I want to use, I can see you allow for only 3 providers, why not make it open for all POST / GET SMS APIs ?
Or you can add my API as option ?

Hello,
I am very interested in purchasing this system. However, I need some clarification before moving forward:
I understand a SAAS version is coming. Will it be released as an add-on to this current system? • If yes, I will purchase this version now and later buy the SAAS add-on. • If not, then I will wait for the complete SAAS version instead.
Can the system be installed multiple times for different brands without technical or licensing restrictions? • I want each business to operate independently with its own database and access control.
For the upcoming SAAS version, please confirm the multi-tenancy structure: • Will each tenant have a separate database (database-per-tenant)? • Or a shared database with tenant IDs (single DB multi-tenant)?
Your clarification on the above will help me decide the best approach.
Thank you.

hello i just try your demo for combo products
combo product is combination of 2 or more standard products right?
why when i creating sale using combo product that i made the standard product is not decreasing of qty?
Yes, exactly . a combo product is made up of two or more standard products. However, when you create the combo product, you need to adjust stock first (adjustments) : the system will decrease the quantities of the standard products and increase the quantity of the combo product accordingly. Then, when you make a sale using that combo product, only the combo product stock will decrease, since the component items were already deducted during the combo creation (adjustment) process.
is it compatible for this hosting ? https://snipboard.io/8qXNSk.jpg Inmotion sharedhosting
is it compatible also for 50,000 item plus? i just try to upload 20,000 items is not functioning https://snipboard.io/hQkWXN.jpg , https://snipboard.io/S6rTca.jpg
and when i upload 50,000 items it doesn’t affect the speed of invoicing?
i already got this problem from other POS from ** *
so im looking other POS
Hi, Yes, our POS system is fully compatible with large datasets — even 50,000+ items. However, please note that if your server resources (CPU, RAM, and execution time limits) are not well optimized, importing a very large Excel (like 20,000–50,000 items) may take longer or appear stuck during the process.
The system itself can handle it, but the import speed depends heavily on your server performance and PHP configuration.
We recommend checking your server settings (memory limit, max execution time, and database performance) or upgrading temporarily during the import process for smoother performance.
what are the suggested memory limit, max execution for this system with 50,000+ items
again my webhosting is inmotion? is it okay?
hello i contact support regarding bulk import thanks
im testing it on xampp before i will use in shared hosting

Hello, I have two questions: The first is what types of stores are compatible with Stocky? Give me real examples: a restaurant, a cafe, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a toy store, etc?
The second is, are you considering issuing a saas to be pos saas? Will there be pricing packages based on subscribers? Thank you.
You can check our live demo to explore all the available features and see if it meets your business needs. Stocky is compatible with many types of stores , such as restaurants, cafes, groceries, pharmacies, boutiques, electronics shops, toy stores, and more. Thanks for your message! The WooCommerce integration is already in progress .
Congratulations on the update. Tell me, will SAAS finally come or is it just wishful thinking?

Okay thanks for your efforts you are doing greet work
hello , can i use the system online and offline? i mean syncing online and offline when the internet is down
Hello, this feature is not available at the moment.
can i know the usage of Units(Product Unit *,Sale Unit *) in product creation? could u please give me an example
Example — Cooking Oil
Purchase Unit: Carton (supplier sells 1 carton = 6 bottles)
Product Unit: Bottle (you store stock as bottles) Sale Unit: Bottle
➡️ When you purchase 1 carton, system adds 6 bottles to your stock.
When you sell 1 bottle, stock decreases by 1 bottle.
thank you. so when i creating unit what should be the base unit.for the unit Carton, base unit is bottle or for the unit bottle , base unit is carton?
The base unit should be the unit you want to manage your stock with.
For example, if you manage inventory by bottle, then bottle should be the base unit.
If you prefer to manage it by carton, then make carton the base unit.
It depends on how you track and control your stock in the system.
thank you.i understand
sir my only question is that upload bills option in expenses , that is mandatory for all added expenses
Please check the demo — you will find everything you need to know there.
Hello,
We’re evaluating Stocky for a multi-shop rollout and, after comparing it with Stockifly, we wanted to confirm whether several key capabilities are planned for Stocky. Could you please let us know if the following are on your roadmap (and any ETA, if available)?
Key capabilities we’re looking for
Multiple tax rates per product (e.g., configuring 8% for some items and 21% for others; ideally assignable by product/category and applied in POS, invoices, and reports).
Built-in online store (native storefront or tightly integrated module to publish products online).
Multi-tenant SaaS mode (single codebase serving multiple tenants with isolation of data, billing plans, and admin).
Per-store online store URL mapping (each store/warehouse can be routed to a distinct custom domain/subdomain).
Multi-database / per-tenant database isolation (separate DB per shop/tenant, or at least robust schema-level isolation and backup/restore at tenant level).
If any of these are already available via add-ons or partners, we’d appreciate links or documentation. Also:
Is there an API/webhooks layer to support online checkout, 3rd-party accounting, or custom storefronts?
If these features are in development, what is the upgrade path and licensing/pricing model?
Are there migration tools (single-tenant → multi-tenant; on-prem → SaaS) and guidance for data separation?
Any limitations with POS when multiple tax rates and multi-store URLs are active?
Thanks in advance for the details. A brief roadmap note (even high-level) would help us plan.
Please contact our support team if you need any assistance or have any questions.
