I would like to request some explanations regarding your software modules, specifically the informatics module. I have noticed that an important option seems to be missing.

In the pharmaceutical sector, products are usually supplied through a pharmaceutical base. Therefore, I believe a key feature to consider for your next update would be the ability to track upcoming product availability. For example, when a pharmaceutical product is scheduled to arrive in a specific region (X or Y), the system should allow pharmacies to receive notifications—either by email or through the mobile application.

This feature would greatly enhance visibility and logistics for pharmacies.

some products are of 5% and some are in 0% so how we can manage it?

For this case you need to turn on product wise tax system but currently you can’t insert 0% tax. We will think about it in future update.

Hi, in the next update, could you please address the price increases? It’s not possible to have a fixed time range instead of a customizable one. For example, Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM. If this isn’t possible, please explain how to implement it this way, as I need it. Regarding the weather, could you implement something like, when loading a zone, that takes the weather data for that zone during the week and, when it rains, sets a percentage or fixed price increase for delivery drivers? This could be dynamic for each zone, activated once and then automatically enabled or disabled via an external website’s weather service using an API.

Requesting to add Return to origin process (RTO) feature

What I’m referring to is the Refund Return Flow (RTO – Return to Origin) process that happens after a refund request is approved by the admin.

Let me explain clearly: Suppose a customer purchases an item/product (for example, a grocery item or any other product) and successfully receives it. Later, for some reason — such as dissatisfaction, damaged product, or receiving the wrong item — the customer decides to request a refund.

Now, after the customer submits the refund request and the admin approves it, the next step should trigger a refund return process:

The store or delivery boy should receive a notification or task to collect the returned item from the customer’s location.

Once the delivery boy collects the returned item, the status should update accordingly in the system (e.g., “Item Collected”, “Returned to Store”, etc.).

This flow ensures proper handling of RTO (Return to Origin) items after refund approval.

Basically, I’m talking about implementing this RTO flow — the process where, after admin refund approval, the delivery boy collects the return item from the customer and returns it to the store.

Is anyone else having trouble activating add-ons in version 3.4? In my case, I enter the username and license and click Save/Activate. The dashboard shows it as saved, but the config/system-addons.php file isn’t updated. Is anyone else experiencing this in 3.4? Are there any extra steps (cache/perm/route) that have changed?

I noticed a significant difference between versions 3.3 and 3.4 in the user app’s behavior.

In version 3.3, when completing an order (at checkout), the app normally opened a tab to select the payment method—for example, Pix, Stripe, card, or cash on delivery (COD).

However, in version 3.4, I noticed that this step no longer appears, unless the user manually selects it. An inattentive user could end up creating an order unintentionally. The system is automatically completing the order with the COD (cash on delivery) method, without displaying the payment selection screen.

This can cause a practical problem: the user could accidentally complete the order, and the partner could end up confirming an order by mistake, since the app didn’t give them the opportunity to review or choose the payment method before completion.

Could you please check if this is a bug in version 3.4 or if there is a new setting to re-enable the tab that automatically opens to choose the payment method before finalizing the order?

Sir in new update, we made the COD as a default selected payment method so this is not an issue. Customers can change the payment method from the checkout page. Thank you.

I understand that COD (cash on delivery) has now been set as the default method, but I’d like to make a suggestion based on the practical experience of users and partners.

In the previous version (3.3), the payment method selection step before order completion helped prevent many errors. In the current format, since the order is automatically completed as COD, inattentive users may end up submitting the order by mistake, thinking they could still choose the payment method later.

This leads to situations where:

The order is automatically completed as COD;

The restaurant begins preparing the order, believing the order was correct;

The user realizes the mistake and tries to reorder, now choosing card, Stripe, MercadoPago, etc.;

In the end, the system ends up with two open orders, one of which is incorrect.

Therefore, I suggest reverting to the previous behavior, first displaying the payment selection screen before completing the order. This flow was more intuitive and secure for both the customer and the partner.

I believe this improvement would help reduce operational errors and cancellations while maintaining a good user experience.
