Hello. Its not possible to keep the users chat inside the website without leaving to a new window?

It is a limitation with WhatsApp, if WhatsApp API later allow that, then we will surely implement it in the plugin too.

ok how about auto reply message, does it work? so when clients wants to change they see a welcome message.

Hello, I have a few suggestions for some improvements please:

The app agents are clickable and opens Whatassp app, even if the service working hours are set to be out of availability. The agents are also active and poping up the chat window if the user has not checked to approve the Use of Terms checkbox, though it set as required and shown in the widget. In addition, it would be great if you allow to hide the admin Whataspp pone No from the URL (using mouse over), at least in the off-working hours (or just to show a referal URL instead of showing Admin phone number URL, which opening a chat convesation out of working hours- very easy. There is also a need to show the availability of working hours (in a rubrick) that will be shown when the services are non available. It will be also very usfull if you allow to coose to send the message as an email (out the services) working hours. The Terms of Use message is touching the checkbox (at the widget window) when using WordPress RTL lnaguages. Some English texts in Admin are missing from the PO translation file. Last, the H (hours) and M (minuts) that is used in Admin to show the time left for the agent to be availabe again, needs some improovments: It must have a value also for the the phrase “And” in between, and it needs to use a sapce between the H/S letters and the times aside to the (which does not exist, at least in RTL lnagguages alignmen.

Floating widget settings. Would be better if we could control separate for mobile. Would prefer to be able to set a full width bar at top or bottom of screen rather than floating icon as it gets in the way of our other site assets e.g. Chat widget, cookies icon etc.

Hi there. I’m liking the plugin so far – it makes adding WhatsApp to our website nice and easy.

I am experiencing a couple of bugs I thought you should know about:

1. Floating widget display settings: Every time I visit this tab, the ‘Display on pages’ checkboxes are all reset to blank, so if I want to make any changes to this, I have to select all the pages again (and try and remember what I had done previously).

2. Floating widget display settings: The post selection field doesn’t pick any posts from custom post types, so I can’t use the floating widget on any of these post.

Feature suggestion: The floating widget is great, but it has be to be the same across my website. It would be super useful to be able to set up multiple instances of the widget (with different contacts in each one) that I could then specify to be on appropriate pages.

Hello sir, I really love this plugin want to but it for my site

One problem I am having that

1. the WhatsApp Floating Widget is little blurry , I mean its not Crispy on Chromium based browser for first opening , then When i reopen it its crispy

But on Mozilla Fire fox browser its crispy no blurry nothing

I don’t know can you fix that thing because most of the people use chrome

I just paid for and downloaded what I believed was the premium version of this plugin, only to find that it appears to be identical to the free version on WordPress.org. The link to your website is still present in this version—am I missing something? If this link is not removed in the premium version, I need an immediate refund.
