Hi, I can’t generate App Builder Key & Secret. It shows me an error “Request failed with status code 500”. I already excluded the paths from the LiteSpeed cache plugin.

I am using the Appbuilder Version 5.5.8, Cirilla-4.3.2 version. And WP version 6.9 Why is this error showing? And please solve this issue ASAP.

The app is stuck in the splash screen and I only just had it launched. Now the client is complaining bitterly. The new feature you had doesn’t work. And when i roll back to the previous version to keep the app working, it seems to update back to the new version on its own even when auto update is turned off and back to the problem. Your app backend is causing heavy loss for me. App is stuck on start and no api nothing is loading now. Probably since 2 weeks.

Can this script be used with any WordPress website, or is it mainly focused on WooCommerce?

Is it possible to add custom menu links in the app’s side drawer instead of product categories?

Can it be used as a directory listing app, with layouts that can be customised?

Will the website’s homepage blocks and sections be visible on the app’s homepage?

There’s a bug in the app when using WooCommerce Appointment (BookingWP) when our product has a required add-on field.

When a customer places an order, the product isn’t added to the cart, and an error message appears saying “This field is required,” even though the field has been selected. The selected date is empty, but the item isn’t in the cart due to this error.

I’m using the latest version of BookingWP 4.26.4. This is a bug; it didn’t happen before, with version 4.22.0. Unfortunately, I can’t roll back the plugin because it won’t be compatible with the latest WooCommerce update.

And another issue: when the add-on field is displayed as a “dropdown,” the selection fields overlap with the softtouch buttons on Android.

However, this plugin has had a long-standing vulnerability reported by Wordfence and Patchstack – specifically, a missing authorisation issue in version 2.0.3 that exposes user security.

Similarly, your App Builder WordPress plugin also has a lot of issues.

I request you to release a patch for these issues at the earliest, as it impacts the security of paid users like me.

its your server. you need to config it right. untill mail like google etc recognize the mail from your server is not spam.

I am having my forgot password mails marked as spam and undelivered even from my smtp all set up and tested. Can you create way to provide room to edit the subject and body of the forgot password email? Or just provide Actions to link to the forgot password page on the website or webview of that page so the website handles the forgot password recovery because that works just fine. Please treat as urgent. USers are complaining. Also can you update or show how to update the Google login/register icon? It’s pretty outdated.

Hi, I bought 2 licenses in the APP. Iam using this App for News content creation only. Iam very much waiting for these below features to be available for all general sections just like elementor builder. Border type, Border Radius, Shadows, Gradient colors, Background Type(image, normal colors & gradient colors), Masking, Paddding, Margins & more These options are available for major sections, but i think we can make use of these options and build UI great. The App builder is already great than others and has these options for few sections, please make it available as general to all sections. Appreciate your future updates in advance.
