We are currently implementing the Doctor Care SaaS application that we purchased from you, and we have successfully completed the technical configuration. The platform is now ready for deployment.
However, we are facing a challenge regarding the business model and subscription plan setup.
Since the system integrates multiple AI APIs with token-based or usage-based pricing, we are having difficulty understanding how to properly structure our subscription plans. In particular, we do not fully understand how the token system works and how to translate this into a sustainable and competitive pricing model.
We would like to request your assistance on the following:
Could you guide us on how to design an appropriate subscription model based on AI usage (tokens, requests, etc.)?
Do you have any recommended pricing structures or examples that we can follow?
How can we define usage limits per plan to avoid losses while keeping prices accessible to our market?
Can you help us create a pricing model that is adapted to our local socio-economic realities?

Do you provide free installation and can regular license be used for saas to charge customers? I would also like to know your roadmap for this.
Hi there, we don’t have any exact date for online consultation feature. For charging the end users you need to purchase the extended licence. We have plan to make it multilingual with rtl support. Video consultation will also come. We will keep updating regularly In Sha Allah.
So you gave locked saas i.e. charging customers in regular license or you are telling this rule wise? Mostly authors give saas in regular.

Ah,, sorry , I mistook with our other SaaS product. You are right, right now we dont have any sale campaign for this product. For a discount campagn, envato requires 60 days no price change eligibility. We changed the price few weeks ago, so until 60 days we can not create any discoutn campaign. Best regards.

Hi, this is a saas system. Each subscriber is for a individual doctor. In that sense we already have multi doctor system. But yes, in each subscription we dont have multiple doctors.
