Hello,
I was reviewing your application and had a few quick questions for confirmation:
- When a driver receives a ride request, is it mandatory for them to accept it manually? Or will the request automatically expire or get declined if the driver doesn’t take any action within a certain time?
- I’d like to know if it’s possible to add drivers manually from the backend via the admin panel — instead of allowing them to sign up directly through the mobile app. In this case, I would create driver accounts myself and simply share login credentials with them. Is that supported?
- Lastly, I’m a bit confused about the licensing. I plan to use your product for a regular taxi booking service without any redistribution or resale. Can you please confirm if the regular license is sufficient, or do I need the extended license?
Thank you for clarifying these points.
Best regards, Paramjot Singh
-The ride gets expired eventually, but in Ridy, only the broadcast dispatch model is available, so the expiry time is longer. In BetterTaxi, sequential dispatch mode is also available, allowing shorter expiry windows.
-Drivers can be added on the admin panel with their number being their credentials
-Any production use of Ridy is expected to be under an extended license. Although the codes, features, and everything are the same with both the Regular and Extended license. It’s just a matter of legality to not misuse the Regular license for production use.
Flutter Source code included ? since you write flutter project
Yes, the source code for both Flutter and the backend is included.
Is this scalable to 1m users? How cache handled and what load balancer is used? Is it nest js or express js? I need to buy once this confirmed
This is based on Nest.js. For caching, Redis is used. Regarding scalability, as long as the backend is stateless (Which any decently written solution is) and the stateful dependencies are scalable (MySQL and Redis in this case), the system is scalable to any amount of users. It’s just a matter of how much it would cost. Our backend is written in Node and stands in a good place across the spectrum. Especially compared to any PHP-developed solution.
Hi LumeAgency,
I am trying to compile /apps/admin-panel/ with NX, but it’s throwing me an error because file /apps/admin-panel/eslint.config.mjs contains this:
import baseConfig from '../../eslint.config.mjs'; export default [...baseConfig];
But THERE IS NO eslint.config.mjs file in ../../, or in other words, in /root/, or in other words, in your ZIP!!
Please, don’t tell me to write you to contact@lumeagency.io as I’ve contacted you last Tuesday, October 14, at 11:43 a.m. (Spanish time) and still got NO answer!!

Hello,
Kindly submit support inquiries to the customer panel at https://support.bettersuite.io to ensure their delivery and proper tracking. The email address is for presale inquiries.
I’ve registered in https://support.bettersuite.io 20 minutes ago, and no mail incoming with the: - Team Email verification code - Member Email verification code
I’m watching in SPAM folder as well, with no luck.
So I can not access Support… Can you help me please?
Please check your email. We have sent a manual verification email.
Is there an option in the settings to allow the driver to decline rides he receives?
I see in the test that the driver has to make all mandatory rides.
In Ridy, they can scroll between available rides and select one. Rejection is not available. BetterTaxi, however, has a rejection possibility.
The option to verify the documents required to verify drivers is not available in the admin demo. Is this option available in the full version?
In the user app, users may be asked to verify their identity before providing a service? This could lead to the creation of fake accounts and driver theft.
In Ridy Driver, documents are a hard-coded textual list of requirements in the code. BetterTaxi is more dynamic and can be adjusted from the admin panel. Customers do not have identity verification.
Suggestion: On the driver app map, ensure compatibility with Google Maps API functions that allow the car icon to move in the direction the phone is pointing (i.e., the car icon or arrow points toward the front of the device).
It would be great if they created an app with these driver functions, but in a food delivery app. Like Didi, Uber, and Rappi. Apps for restaurants, apps for users, and apps for delivery people. They maintain the essence of Ridy Taxi App, only adding features that adapt. The new automatic request function for drivers is fantastic (you can’t find this in other apps; it would be fascinating with a food delivery app, adding features such as the number of orders you can collect, rates, commissions, and tips).
Actually, BetterTaxi is our product, intended to be more versatile and cover delivery use cases as well. We are working on several exciting initiatives related to the BetterSuite product line.
Does the regular version include web and apps?
With the regular version, can I modify the app or project name, logos, icons, and design colors on the web and apps?
With the regular version, can I publish the user and driver apps on the Play Store and App Store?
Hello, a Regular license includes the web and mobile apps. It also allows customization and modification of the code. However, it is expected of buyers to obtain an Extended license upon publication.
There is a code option to confirm trips
Unfortunately, no, we don’t have trip code verification integrated.
Hi Support Team,
I’m considering purchasing your taxi booking script and would like to know if the following features are available or can be added:
Manual Trip Start / Street Pickup: Option for the dispatcher or driver to manually start a trip without a ride request from the rider — useful for street pickups or when the rider and driver meet in person.
Driver Subscription Option: Ability to set daily, weekly, or monthly subscription plans for drivers. When subscribed, drivers won’t be charged per-ride commission during their active subscription period.
Trip Fare Based on Time or Distance: Option to calculate trip fares based on time instead of distance, with flexibility to switch between the two as needed.
Are these features currently supported or possible to customize for the system?
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
What’s the Release Notes?
The release notes are added
Dear Support Team,
Could you please check the email I sent you? I am waiting for a response. Although I registered on your support site, I haven’t received any verification code or anything similar. Could you please assist me with this?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Hello,
if the email is not responded to within 1-2 working days, please verify the email address being contact@lumeagency.io
Thanks.
On web mode, the payment pop up is showing but nothing is happening when I select Stripe.
If you can report this, following the issue report specifications so we can track and address it effectively, that would be great: https://flutter-docs.taxi.ridy.io/support/issue
hi! i have set this up all on server and build the application also i have register the user and the capton account, but when rider book a ride the ride doesn’t appear on the capton even when it’s online i have tried many times, i will appreciate if you can find me the solution or maybe if i’m missing something, i have registered both(rider/capton) on same number, that could be the issue?
Hello, For us to properly track and resolve your issue, could you please submit it through the customer panel at: https://support.bettersuite.io
Hi Support Team, I see MyFatoorah listed among payment methods, but I couldn’t find its code. Could you confirm if it’s included in the codebase or requires a separate extension/purchase?
Hello,
You can reach out to the customer panel to verify this with the team, but essentially, there is no separate purchase required to access this source code. It should be included.
Thank you for your response. Actually I’ve checked the whole code but couldn’t be able to see this code. I have also created the ticket on customer panel but did not get any response yet. I’ve attached two images from the code also for further clarifications. Ticket reference is: #2361
Customer panel requests are to be responded to within 48 hours of their submission. Hopefully it has been responded to by now.
There is a code option to confirm trips

I want to buy it, but I want to know; if I can’t install it, can you help me install it?
Hello,
Some development experience is expected from the buyer to follow the guides provided. And yes, there is after-sales support for installation inquiries if any obstacle is faced during installation at the BetterSuite customer panel.
Hello
In your demo, For a lot of address when we search on search bar it is working but when we click on it. It’s redirect to the map with « Address not found »
You can test for example : 44 allée des platanes
How to correct it?
Please follow https://flutter-docs.taxi.ridy.io/support/issue for issue submission.
Hello,
I have question before purchase, is the app available in Hungarian language?
Is there demo of the apps available?
Whats the difference between regular and extended? Which one should I get?
Thanks.
Hello,
I tried demo apps but the driver and rider fees at the end of the ride is different. I dont see ride fees under account on backend for the trip I booked with demo
Hello,
1-The apps are available in 21 languages, but most of them are machine-translated. Translation to new languages is fairly easy due to translation being extracted.
2-Yes demo links are on the item’s description.
3-The codes are the same, but using the item for production should be under an extended license.
4-Driver app sees its own net income.
Thank you!
For cash payments how will the driver know whats the full amount to be paid? How will the admin get commission if driver only asks rider for net payment since this is what driver sees?
I dont see commissions from rides on admin panel, how will admin know how much a driver needs to pay?
So just confirming, I will need to purchase extended license for production use?
The driver will be asked to receive the cash payment in a certain amount. The in-app digital wallet gets credited for each user’s income to be paid out (immediately with BetterTaxi and scheduled payouts with Ridy/BetterTaxi). And yes, production use requires an extended license.
Hi. I have some questions.
1. Does the app include Mercado Pago integration out of the box?
2. Does it support Pix payments through Mercado Pago or other providers?
3. Is there a built-in feature for surge/dynamic pricing (fare multiplier based on demand/time/area)?
4. Can I configure special ride types, for example Pet Transport, in the admin panel?
What happened with my questions? I asked something totally normal
Hello
1. Yes, it is included.
2. We do have OpenPix, if that is what is intended here.
3. Static time/distance surge multipliers are available.
4-Ride Options allow specific paid/free options to be chosen by the customer (Pet, Luggage, etc.)
I see Delivery option under services in the admin panel, but it is not available in the app. Does this mean backend already supports delivery and only the mobile app UI is missing?”
The parcel delivery feature is not supported in Ridy. BetterTaxi supports delivery, amongst other features.
