SaaS & Reselling Yes, our platform supports SaaS. You can resell it to your clients and charge them monthly.
WhatsApp Integration:: Yes, WhatsApp notifications/messages are supported through Twilio WhatsApp API.
Webhooks & API:: Webhooks are under development and already added to our roadmap.
Client Subdomain Mapping:: Currently, we do not provide automatic subdomain allocation for each vendor.
However, we do support a vendor slug system, where each vendor gets a unique URL structure like: yourdomain.com/vendor-name
May I check when the webhooks will be ready?
The webhook feature is currently under development. We don’t have an exact release date yet, but it’s already on our roadmap. We’ll notify users once it’s released.

I encountered an issue while creating a new branch through the vendor login. I successfully added a new manager and filled in all required details. However, when I attempted to log in using the manager’s credentials, the system displayed an “Unauthorized” error, and I was unable to access the account.
Could you please confirm if there’s a different login flow or any additional step required for activating manager accounts? Kindly look into this at the earliest as it’s affecting access setup.

When creating a vendor manually using a manual payment, there are several issues:
Clicking “Approve” doesn’t visually change anything, the button remains visible.
A subscription is created, but the pending payment entry stays there with the same details.
If you click “Approve” multiple times, it creates multiple active subscriptions, while the pending one never disappears.
The vendor created through this process can access their dashboard, but cannot make any changes. They get the error message:
“Access denied, please check your subscription.” However, in Settings, the subscription appears as valid.
Also I noticed that the Webhooks integration is available in the Integrations panel, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Even after enabling the “Custom Webhook Notification” option and providing a valid content key and URL, no requests are being sent when events occur.
Additionally, I couldn’t find any documentation explaining which events trigger the webhook (e.g., new vendor registration, payment approval, subscription changes, etc.). Could you please point me to any existing documentation or clarify what events should currently fire the webhook?
It would also be very useful if vendors could have access to their own webhooks, allowing them to integrate Frezka with external services (for example, their CRM or automation tools). This would make the platform much more flexible and integration-friendly.

I’ve recently performed a fresh installation using the latest update, and I haven’t encountered the previous issues.
However, I did notice a new issue with the country selector (the phone flag/dial code doesn’t save correctly). It would be really helpful if more detailed documentation or troubleshooting guidance were available for cases like this, rather than requiring full cPanel access for every investigation.
For security reasons, I even had to set up a separate cPanel account to safely provide access for support. Clearer technical documentation would make the process much smoother and safer for everyone involved.

Hi, I’ve read the comments where you mentioned that the Regular License can be used for SaaS projects. Before purchasing, I’d like to confirm this specific scenario:
I plan to deploy one SaaS instance for one client. That client will onboard multiple spas/salons under the same platform, and each of them will charge their own customers for bookings using their own payment gateways.
Given this setup, do I still only need the Regular License, or is the Extended License required to comply with Envato’s rules (“if end users are charged → Extended License”)?

I’m reinstalling the script in a directory (mydomain.com/app/). The installation completes, showing me the admin login information, but when I try to access the site, it shows me the installation wizard again and I access the login URL, and it shows a 500 error.
In php.ini, configure the following line: output_buffering = 4096.
How do I fix this issue since I can’t move forward with the project?

My idea is to install a WordPress root to create the main page or landing page, and for the app to be in a folder mydomain.com/app/

Yes, absolutely you can install the application in a subfolder. If you plan to keep WordPress at the root (for your main or landing page) and the Laravel app inside mydomain.com/app/, simply set the document root of your subdomain (app.mydomain.com) to point to that subfolder. This setup will work perfectly fine.

Directly using your existing WordPress user accounts to log in to our system isn’t supported by default. However, we can review your WordPress database structure to check whether it’s possible to export or integrate your user data into Frezka SaaS.

Frezka and Frezka SaaS are two different products. So yes, you would need to purchase Frezka SaaS separately if you want that version multivendor website.
