I have already bought Freska. Do I need to buy this separately or its the same?

Frezka and Frezka SaaS are two different products. So yes, you would need to purchase Frezka SaaS separately if you want that version multivendor website.

Ok. Could you give me an approx timeline for the mobile apps for the SaaS version?

Currently, we do not have any plans to add a mobile website for the SaaS version; we only have a user website for the SaaS platform.

I have deployed the website it is fine, but while logging in we still see the button 2 buttons `Logins as` `Super Admin` & `Vendor`.

To hide the demo login, you can disable it from the Integration section under the Settings menu in the Super Admin Dashboard.

I am surprised that vendors cannot modify the colors of their website and cannot their existing branding or taste!

how do i add manual payments or offline payments for the time being – or how can i manually assign packages to vendors

You can assign offline subscriptions from the super admin panel. Go to Payment , then select the vendor and plan, choose date, and save — this will manually assign the subscription.

Hello, we have some question 1. Is there any possibility to add Mobile OTP based Login? 2. If Salon have only one barber then can we remove the barber selection? 3. Is it possible that salon owner can add there own razor pay key? 4. Branch can be selected by geo location automatically? 5. in barber website instead of slug can it create sub domain like barber.xyz.com? 6. Flutter based mobile app for management? (not common, salon wise) should be generated by admin portal?

Mobile OTP Login – Yes, we will add OTP-based login using Firebase in our roadmap.

Single Barber Flow – Currently, this is not available in our default flow, but we can provide it as a customization.

Payment Gateway per Salon – Yes, we will provide a payment gateway option where salon owners can add their own payment gateway credentials (e.g., Razorpay) to receive payments directly from customers.

Branch Auto-Selection via Geo-Location – This is a great idea, but it is not supported in the current flow. We suggest going for customization .

Subdomain Instead of Slug – Currently, it is not supported in the default setup. We can explore this via customization if required.

Flutter Mobile App for Management (Salon-Wise) – A Flutter-based salon management mobile app (separate for each salon) is already under review.

when we can expect Mobile App ?

I completely understand your concern. At the moment, the Frezka Flutter app and the Frezka SaaS version are developed as two separate products, so direct synchronization is not available by default. Currently, our main focus is on completing the frontend website for the SaaS platform. After that, we will review the possibility of deeper integration between the Flutter app and SaaS.

hello, without frontend how is users currently suppose to book and pay?

At the moment, bookings can only be managed directly by the admin from the backend. The user-facing booking and payment system is included in our frontend website, which is already in the final testing phase. We’re planning to release it this week, after which users will be able to book and pay directly through the website.

Hi, I’d like to add an improvement suggestion: please add the option to create a new client directly from the appointment creation form. Currently, we can only select clients that are already registered from the dropdown list.

Hello, are you considering adding Clip Gateway, MercadoPago Gateway, or Ecartpay? These are payment processors available in Latin America.

Yes, we do have plans to provide Clip Gateway, MercadoPago, and Ecartpay as add-ons. However, it will take some time for us to implement them.

I believe the booking link layout should be fixed – there is a big gap of space between the date picker and the time picker that doesn’t look great on cellphone and make it hard for user to use.
