Imagine waking up in the morning and finding that infinite orders of the same service were placed, causing you to lose all your money with one or several providers. That is exactly what is happening to me with this script. This has already happened to me twice, and I am given no solution at all. The only thing support tells me is that what I describe should not happen, but they do not help me resolve the issue in any way. Because of this, I am very close to making the decision to buy another script and migrate the database, because I do not like this situation at all and I like it even less that despite paying for support, I receive no real help.

Below is the message I sent by email, for which I received no help.

I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with the script’s cron job system and wanted to report it to see if you can adjust it or add additional protection.

Problem description: When a request enters the waiting state, the cron job correctly sends it to the provider. However, if for any reason the provider’s response is delayed or temporarily fails, the request remains in the waiting state, and the cron job resends it on each execution, resulting in infinite submissions of the same request to the provider.

The cron job is configured to run every 1 minute. The problem seems to occur when there is latency, a timeout, or a temporary invalid response from the provider. Then, when everything returns to normal, the system works correctly on its own.

I have a question regarding the cancellation option on services.

When I create a service manually, the Cancel button appears automatically. However, I can’t find any setting that allows me to enable or disable cancellation per service.

Could you please let me know: • Is there a way to disable the cancellation option for specific services? • Or is the cancellation button hard-coded / global by default?

If this feature is not available, is it possible to customize or remove the cancel option?

Thank you for leaving the option to view services only in a specific category (without the AJAX transition) using a link like admin/services?sort_by=** . This simplifies the browser page when you only need to work with a specific category. I think we should expand on this, for example, by changing the link in the browser address bar during the AJAX transition so that when you refresh the page, you can still see only the services in that category.

Please reset my license key. I have changed my domain name but it’s saying domain already in use now.

Before purchasing this script, have it at the back of your mind that you will see only Stripe and PayPal Gateway and when you contact them about another payment gateway like Paystack, Flutterwave or any other payment method, they will tell you to buy each payment gateway $19 from them and they never made this known on the description of this script
