Imagine waking up in the morning and finding that infinite orders of the same service were placed, causing you to lose all your money with one or several providers. That is exactly what is happening to me with this script. This has already happened to me twice, and I am given no solution at all. The only thing support tells me is that what I describe should not happen, but they do not help me resolve the issue in any way. Because of this, I am very close to making the decision to buy another script and migrate the database, because I do not like this situation at all and I like it even less that despite paying for support, I receive no real help.
Below is the message I sent by email, for which I received no help.
I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with the script’s cron job system and wanted to report it to see if you can adjust it or add additional protection.
Problem description: When a request enters the waiting state, the cron job correctly sends it to the provider. However, if for any reason the provider’s response is delayed or temporarily fails, the request remains in the waiting state, and the cron job resends it on each execution, resulting in infinite submissions of the same request to the provider.
The cron job is configured to run every 1 minute. The problem seems to occur when there is latency, a timeout, or a temporary invalid response from the provider. Then, when everything returns to normal, the system works correctly on its own.

When I create a service manually, the Cancel button appears automatically. However, I can’t find any setting that allows me to enable or disable cancellation per service.
