Hello,
I am experiencing an issue where, upon loading the product page, the main product image (the large one) is automatically selected to an item other than the first one in the gallery (for instance, the third image).
Is there an option within the plugin’s settings to disable this auto-selection and force the first image of the gallery to always be the default selected image, matching native WooCommerce behavior?

The plugin hae same problem when is activated dublicate product iamge ,and placed in two container . Lat year have a same problem . pls repair this.

Last year at same time i pay extra support to send me a working version repaired to my theme.. Im shure you konow the problem. Plugin have a new release wich game same problem. My theme was Konte from envato..

Also the plug in doesent work with safary browser and chrome on IOS. There is a problem with video sizes, because of fixed sizes 300/150 px and the videos cant be responsive within the product Range page. Moreover, the new version of woocommerce loads the video at html5 and uses my.video.js for product uploaded for the last year. The old product uploaded before that are using video.js, which on the other hand, could t Control the size but the resposivnes works after manual add max-width! Important. The videos can be only uploaded with their video resolution and cant be controled, they can be only manually controled ttougth the CSS. I think i don’t want to pay for extended support in this case, because even after my last disput you didnt add this thing to the updated version of the product. I would really wish to use your product for my projects, but only if the problems are resolved.

Yes, you can use external video links for MP4 videos. You can add videos to the gallery as single or multiple items. Autoplay can also be enabled. All settings options are available to meet your requirements.

Issues: - Product description page has the main image and thumbnail very small. - Video is wrong aspect ratio. It is vertical instead of horizontal. - No automatic audio playing when video plays.

We have already checked it, and it looks like you just need to adjust the product settings by increasing the width of the container on the product page. It seems the product hasn’t been configured correctly. If you review the item description on the product page, it should provide more clarity on the setup.

I just purchased your plugin from CodeCanyon and encountered a few issues and questions during setup. I hope you can help address these points:
1. When no Product Image is added, the Product Gallery does not display on the Single Product page. Is there a way to show the gallery even if the Product Image is not set? Here is a screenshot for it: https://ibb.co/k0M0pyX
2. The Featured Video is not appearing in the first position in the gallery. Currently, the Product Image takes priority. Is there a way to change this? This is a critical feature for us, as we sell design videos and need to showcase the video directly as the primary element.
3. The Gallery Arrow Icons and Carousel Arrow Icons are not displaying correctly. They used to be small arrow icons with a white background and no text. However, they are now showing as “Previous” and “Next” buttons. How can this be resolved? Here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/6HR4Ncj
4. We use YouTube for all our videos, but apart from the Featured Video, the plugin requires uploading a custom “YouTube Video Thumb” for each additional video. Is there an option to use the YouTube video thumbnail directly? Since we have over 100 videos for different designs, creating and uploading a custom thumbnail for each would be extremely time-consuming.
5. Currently, when a YouTube video ends, it displays unrelated videos from YouTube. Is there a way to disable this so that no other videos play after the current one ends?

Hi dear, i was checking your demo console errors and just show 1 warning that sayd: Third-party cookie will be blocked in future Chrome versions as part of Privacy Sandbox.

Sorry, but it ruined the whole layout. All photos changed their possition. Main shop page showed first pictore and second one simultanuasly . On the product page the photos changes their position and layout has been changed. Please refund my money.

Did you write an album module yourself? So it conflicts with other album plugins? But how do you replace the position of other plugins with your album section? I thought you just added the video to other people’s album slider.
