Before purchasing the Infy vCard SaaS – Digital Business Card Builder, I would like to clarify a few points to ensure it fits my business requirements:
1️⃣ Market & Card Integration: Is the marketplace/store feature directly connected to the user’s digital card (vCard)? For example, can a visitor access a user’s store from their card page?
2️⃣ Customizable Subscriptions: Can I fully customize subscription plans (packages) — including features, limits, and prices — from the admin panel?
3️⃣ Mobile Application: Does the purchase include a mobile app (Android/iOS)? If not, is it available as a separate add-on?
4️⃣ Payment Gateways: The default payment gateways are not supported in my country. Can I integrate a custom/local payment gateway.?
5️⃣ Product Limits by Subscription: Can I define product/category limits per subscription plan in the marketplace (e.g., number of main and subcategories, or items per user)? Or is there currently no such restriction option in the admin panel?

Is there any chance you’ll make the vCard URLs available on subdomains or custom domains?
There was a connection issue with the custom domain on cPanel servers, so we have disabled it for now. We will fix it and release it again, but we cannot provide a timeline for that.
If you want to use a custom domain with a Hostinger server, it works properly there, so we can enable it for your account.
If you want to use a custom domain for the Hostinger server, please share one custom domain name/URL with me.

When I try to create an annual plan and then add, for example, a 7-day trial period, I notice that the price automatically changes to zero! As I understand it, the customer should be able to sign up, choose the annual plan, try the service for 7 days, and then either pay or lose access. However, turning it into a free plan doesn’t make sense to me. I tested this on your demo, and I need to understand this point before making a purchase. Thank you.
When a user buys a plan, if there are trial days in that plan, it works only on the trial days, and then the frequency (month, year and unlimited) of the plan does not work.

can you please explain how the payments work? so I want this to use for stores, and I dont want charge people. if I install mercadopagos, do all my vcards payments will go in my own wallet and then I have to send to each user there earings on withdrow request? or they add there info of mercadopagos and get the money directly on there accounts¡
As we have saas model, as a admin you have to create plan, new on boarded users who want to use your platform have to pay for to use the system, whatever they pay will directly added to your bank.

When someone purchases a product from the WhatsApp store, no payment gateway option appears. Only the COD option is available. And when a customer makes a purchase, an order message is sent to WhatsApp.

How about you work on a more responsive script, other than all these unnecessary updates. None of your theme is good, and you added a new terrible one. The ones that are responsive don’t work well with logo. Incase you didn’t notice, 2 of your themes can’t access home from blog page. That’s very bad and unprofessional. Honestly, buying your product cost me a lot and I have to ditch it for another. Hire a professional frontend developer Man.
