can you please explain how the payments work? so I want this to use for stores, and I dont want charge people. if I install mercadopagos, do all my vcards payments will go in my own wallet and then I have to send to each user there earings on withdrow request? or they add there info of mercadopagos and get the money directly on there accounts¡
As we have saas model, as a admin you have to create plan, new on boarded users who want to use your platform have to pay for to use the system, whatever they pay will directly added to your bank.

When someone purchases a product from the WhatsApp store, no payment gateway option appears. Only the COD option is available. And when a customer makes a purchase, an order message is sent to WhatsApp.

How about you work on a more responsive script, other than all these unnecessary updates. None of your theme is good, and you added a new terrible one. The ones that are responsive don’t work well with logo. Incase you didn’t notice, 2 of your themes can’t access home from blog page. That’s very bad and unprofessional. Honestly, buying your product cost me a lot and I have to ditch it for another. Hire a professional frontend developer Man.

Where are the old themes for Culinary Food Services, social media, hair salon, consulting service, retail e-commerce, CEO, GYM, Event Management…? Now you’re saying you’ve put back the old themes but not all of them, are you kidding us or what, it’s starting to annoy me that this service lacks professionalism, everyone has been asking you for a long time to make an effort in terms of UX/UI, to put back at least all the old themes, hire someone professional who understands at least the global standards of UX/UI you make amateur templates from 2010, the person who designs has no sense of aesthetics
Please upgrade your code to the latest version V14.4.0
And then log in super admin and go to the plan section >> edit plan >> select old vCard template theme.
And then log in user and check your old vCard template theme.

Please send a screenshot of the page where you see an issue or the UI doesn’t look good, so we can understand it and fix it accordingly.
Guys, please, stop ruining this app with HORRIBLE templates. I am almost at the point that I have to abandon this program… you all are TOTALLY disconnected to the user experience of potential users. Each time you update the templates you make it worse and worse. Please hire a skilled interface designer to help you all. Stop cutting costs, pay some money to get an expert to design the templates and all interfaces for your app, and watch your sales skyrocket. Otherwise, you are making your competitors a more attractive alternative. Please do better. You have a good app but the templates are absolutely horrible.
We will be adding the old vCard template theme and releasing it tomorrow. So, you will get support for both the old vCard theme and the refactored vCard theme. Once we release it tomorrow, we will inform you, so you can upgrade your code and continue using your old theme as well.
The new themes are horrible, is what I am saying. Why not have nice old themes and even nicer new themes. It should not be that as you update that you get worse instead of better. You should be improving… yes?

Hello, thank you for your time. I’m requesting a backup copy of Vcard SaaS version 14.1.0 (dated 01-09-2025). The next release refactored the dynamic template and ruined over fifty card designs I’d already created-no way around it, I’d have to redo all the layouts and colors.
