Hello, Which format/extensions of videos are supported when video to be uploaded? What would be the video length in time, example 8.10 mins etc. Also it will be great if we know any size limitation for the video?

If you are trying to upload video file type lesson. Then it is an HTML5 video type. Example: .mp4, .webm etc.
For the uploaded video, you need to provide the time based on your video length.
For uploaded video size depeds on your server file upload limit size.

Is the videos are playing in the mobile app to anyone who purchased this item. If anyone fixed this issue please comment here how did it fixed. All videos in courses on the mobile app are throwing error loading video. Author not Responding on this issue so anyone here who configured this please comment here and help.

- Does it support Sqlite? What if I change the DB_CONNECTION to sqlite and run the migrations in Laravel Version? - Do I need to buy additional add-ons like Group making, mobile app etc. If I buy the laravel version? - Do I get a One-time script? If I somehow mess up during installation, do I have to buy it again? Or can I somehow get support for it?

- SQLite Support: Unfortunately, SQLite is not supported out of the box since the system doesn’t use Laravel’s default migration structure. You would need to create or modify the migration files manually if you wish to use SQLite.
- Add-ons & Mobile App: The Laravel version of Academy doesn’t have an add-on system. However, the student mobile app is included with the product — no separate purchase is required.
- License & Re-download: Once you purchase, you’ll receive the full source code. You can re-download it anytime from your CodeCanyon account, so even if you lose the files, you won’t need to repurchase. Your access remains valid for the lifetime of the product (as long as it’s available on CodeCanyon).

Issue: Unable to Restore Deleted Card in Home Page Builder When accessing the Home Page Builder and selecting “Edit Layout”, if a card (e.g., Courses, Articles, etc.) is deleted, there is currently no visible option to restore it afterward. Please clarify whether there is a built-in method to recover hidden or deleted cards, or consider adding a “Restore / Reset Section” feature that allows restoring individual elements without resetting the entire layout.

2. Issue: 100% Discount Coupon Error When creating and applying a coupon with a 100% discount, the system returns the following error upon checkout:
“The price must be greater than or equal to 1.” It seems that the platform does not allow orders with a total value of 0. Please confirm whether this is an intentional restriction or a system bug. Additionally, we suggest adding proper handling for free enrollments when a 100% discount coupon is applied.

3. Issue: “Not valid instructor.” Error After Instructor Purchase When an instructor purchases a course and completes payment successfully, the following error appears upon clicking “Start Now”:
“An Error Occurred! Not valid instructor.” It appears that the system prevents instructors from accessing a course as students, even after a valid purchase. Please clarify the intended behavior here, or consider enabling a setting that allows instructors to enroll and view courses as learners after purchase.

Additional Question: If instructors are not allowed to access courses they purchase, why does the system permit them to complete the purchase in the first place? This creates confusion and inconsistent behavior for users with the instructor role.

I would like to ask about the discount coupon feature: • Can instructors create their own discount coupons for their courses? • If not, is this option only available for the admin? • And if it is only available for the admin, can there be a setting where the admin can enable or disable the coupon-creation option for specific instructors (so some instructors can create coupons and others cannot)?

I would like to confirm one point: Is it possible for instructors to add their bank account details in their profile, so that withdrawals can be requested and the admin can send payments directly to their bank account (instead of using online payment gateways)?
If this option is not available by default, can it be developed or customized in Academy LMS?

my site was hacked and they changed the admin password, i cant seem to find it in database so i can recover my site. where do i find the users?
looks like they also stoled my license how can i reset it?
the script fails to load images each time you change the hosting provider. only develoepr team able to do it getting back the images which is sad . no proper documentation provided on this issue, also there is no phonepe payement gateway and once you downlaod no refund ..rethink before buying

Regarding the payment gateway: our demo and product description page clearly mention which gateways are supported. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information before purchase. Adding new or custom gateways (such as PhonePe) requires custom development service, which is not included by default.
As for the hosting issue, the way you migrate the application depends on your process. It’s important to ensure that the public/storage folder is correctly transferred and linked. Please share the exact steps you followed in your support ticket so we can check and guide you further.

I made adjustments to the file permissions to ensure proper execution and access.
For directories: set permissions to 755 (rwxr-xr-x)
For files: set permissions to 644 (rw-r-r-)

This could also help others understand how the live video interaction between tutor and student is supposed to work.

- How It Works
For Admins
- Admin can create categories and subjects.
- Admin cannot create schedules — this option is only available for instructors/tutors.
- Admin must configure Zoom settings first, so when instructors create schedules, Zoom live sessions are automatically generated.
For Instructors/Tutors
- In the Instructor Panel, add your subjects with pricing and descriptions.
- Under Manage Schedules, you can view existing schedules or create new ones.
- Schedules can only be created for the subjects you’ve added in My Subjects. Pricing is based on those subjects.
- While creating a schedule, you can set it as single or recurring based on your availability.
- In the All Bookings section, you’ll see schedules that have been booked by students (categorized as Upcoming or Archived).
- From here, instructors can start or join their live sessions.
For Students
- From the top navigation, go to Find My Tutor.
- You’ll see a list of available tutors based on schedules.
- Click any tutor to view their details, available schedules, and pricing. You can also send a message to the tutor.
- To book, select a schedule and click Book a Session.
- You’ll be redirected to the Payment Page. After completing payment, the schedule will be booked.
- All your booked sessions will appear under My Bookings in the student dashboard.
- For upcoming live sessions, you’ll see a Join Live Session button to join directly.
