This is not currently possible. Any changes to the core application files can be overwritten with updates.

Hi,
When importing leads via CSV file, it gives error if any fields are empty. This doesn’t make sense – we don’t always have all information from a particular lead. Sometimes we only know the first name, and no last name. Sometimes we don’t have their phone number but we do have their email.
How can we prevent import error? Do we add 0 or something else in empty fields?

Some (not all) fields are mandatory for the CRM to properly register the Lead.
The 3 Required fields are
- First Name - Last Name - Title
if you want to change this behavior, you can edit the file
\application\app\Imports\LeadsImport.php

Reminders are linked to an individual and not the task, This means if you have multiple people assigned to a task, they can all set their own reminders and get notified by email.
