As for the video progress, if there’s only one video, it should show 100% completion once you’ve watched it fully. However, if the lecture consists of multiple videos, you’ll need to watch all of them to reach 100%.

Could you extend support for ticket (#4311850) to resolve the ticket which has been pending since AUGUST?

We bought the Lernen LMS and all its add-ons on March 29, and we still haven’t been able to launch our site because the video protection issue remains unresolved. This is not a minor feature, it’s a critical security gap. Right now, anyone can download paid course videos directly from the browser using the “Inspect” or “Network” tab, which defeats the purpose of selling protected content.

Since the problem has stopped us from launching for seven months, I think it deserves higher priority and a clear timeline. I also ask that you extend our support period as a goodwill gesture until this is fixed.

Just checking in again regarding Ticket #4311850 (video protection issue). It’s been several months with no response or resolution, and this problem still prevents us from launching our LMS site. Please provide an update or estimated fix timeline. Continued silence on such a critical security issue is very concerning.
