Please consider adding a “links” creator in the Settings area of the Administrator panel so we can add things to the main menu such as links to support, tutorials, other products or services, etc.

Both will be good, But with VPS you have liberty to setup anything according to system. Most of the people are using Hostinger as a Shared Hosting.

It has now been two weeks since your last email, where you mentioned the issue would be resolved by the end of that weekend. Unfortunately, nothing has been fixed and I haven’t received any further updates from you. Could you please give me a clear timeline on when the bounce server and the reply server bugs will be resolved, and when I can expect a proper response? Frankly, it is disappointing to see such poor support from a company that presents itself as Dutch on CodeCanyon, but appears as a Pakistani company on LinkedIn. This lack of clarity and accountability does not inspire much confidence. I need a concrete answer and resolution date, not further delays. Thank you.
This weekend, we’ll be releasing a major update that includes fixes for bounced emails and reply servers. Our team is made up of several people, including the co-founder of Relayzo. While anyone can create an account on LinkedIn, our official and verified identity as a Dutch company is only established on CodeCanyon.
The real issue here is not LinkedIn, but the fact that behind Relayzo there is only one person: Muhammad Tayyab, operating under InnovTeams, a Pakistani company. This is evident from LinkedIn and also from the way support is being handled – clearly by a single individual.
I don’t know how you managed to register as a Dutch company on CodeCanyon, but that’s not something you need to explain to me. It is something you will need to explain to the Envato team, who have already been informed with detailed evidence.
If proper support had been provided from the start, I would have never had to escalate this matter.
The focus should not be on how Relayzo operates, where it is based, or which products fall under InnovTeams. What truly matters is identifying and resolving the issue itself, if one exists. It would be great if we could keep our attention solely on the issue that has been raised.
I’ve often had issues with developers from Pakistan and nearby regions – not because of lack of skills, but because of superficiality in handling support. On freelance platforms many pretend to be American or European, and it’s no coincidence that here again a Pakistani developer is presenting himself as European. But this is something I will deal with directly with Envato support.
Back to the actual support: you gave me the exact same reply two weeks ago. I can even publish the screenshot of your email to prove it. So let’s not waste more time with excuses – if you managed to develop this project, you clearly have some skills. Don’t waste them, just focus on fixing the bugs.
And why don’t you openly admit to users that there are bugs? Just recently you wrote to me “This weekend, we’ll be releasing a major update that includes fixes for bounced emails and reply servers.” Yet to the user ithabangshima who reported “I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but the ‘bounce’ server doesn’t work,” you replied “Could you please share your bounce server details with us at team@relayzo.com ? We will check whether Relayzo is fetching the bounces correctly.”
This looks like nothing more than an attempt to gain time and move the issue away from public comments where everyone can see it.

Hi there, I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but the ‘bounce’ server doesn’t work. When I create a bounce server & add it to the delivery server and campaigns run, all bounced email doesn’t go to the bounce server but the delivery server sending email domain instead. can you help.

Does it have subscriber form option, to collect subscribers from our website, which we can embed. Like mailchimp and other platforms provides, And does it use multiple smtp server setup on a vps simultanously or in rotation ?
Yes, you can create a web form and embed it into any site. When someone fills out the form, the data will be saved in a database (or your chosen system). You can also set up a trigger so that an automatic email is sent. The rest is up to you.
Yes, you can use multiple servers for a campaign, and they will be automatically rotated.

Could you please download the latest files from CodeCanyon and replace the existing server files with the contents from the “Update” folder? Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.
I did the manual update. and was able to click and save/schedule a campaign. However, it ran for 150 emails and is now stalled on a totally new campaign. I am using warmup plan 2x
Warmup plan runs at the daily basis limit as displayed on the warmup plan you created.

The bounces server still doesn’t work, and the response server, after being configured correctly, disappears on its own (I think it’s a cron call, otherwise I can’t figure out why it disappears!). Fix it?

It appears my paid license was accidentally removed. I attempted to regenerate the license using the tool on your website but the process fails (the regeneration tool does not complete / returns an error).
