Thank you for your valuable suggestion and time. We already have an eDemand update planned, which will be available within this month.
Regarding your suggestion, it is possible that if we allow direct sharing of contact numbers between customer and provider, they might directly make deals offline next time to avoid commission and take extra discounts personally. This becomes a challenge for any platform owner in terms of revenue control.
So currently, we do not have plans to integrate such a feature. Still, I have noted this point, and in the future we might implement this with dynamic settings based on platform needs.

New Suggestion for Admin Panel Improvement
Okay, now one more new suggestion:
In the Admin Panel, both Category and Subcategory are currently displayed on the same page, which is confusing. Please make them separate pages — one for Categories, one for Subcategories, and another for Services.
Also, for Category, Subcategory, and Service listings, please add an order display feature:
Option 1: Admin can set the display order number manually (input field).
Option 2: Admin can drag and drop items to rearrange the order easily.
This will help maintain a clear structure and control the display order more effectively.
Suggestion for Admin Panel Improvement
Hi, this is my suggestion:
In the Admin Panel, please add a notification bell icon in the header bar with a red badge (e.g., 123) showing the number of new notifications.
Also, include a Notifications Page to display all alerts related to:
New bookings received
Messages sent to admin
New enquiries
New provider registrations
New bidding requests
Providers adding new services
Other important admin alerts
Additionally, when a new booking is received, show a small popup notification in the middle of the screen with:
Message: “New booking received”
Buttons: [Close] and [View Booking]
Currently, the admin has to manually check different pages to know about new activities, which is easy to miss. This feature will ensure the admin gets real-time alerts and can respond faster.
This is an important and crucial feature — please consider adding it in future updates.
Hi, – Can the provider subscribe directly from the website? – I didn’t find any pages in the admin panel like “About Us” or the option to add custom pages. Is that available? – Can the provider create an invoice for the customer?

1. Providers can purchase a subscription directly from the Provider Panel or the Provider App.
2. The About Us and Contact Us pages can be found under the Settings sidebar option. Currently, adding custom pages is not supported.
3. Invoices are automatically generated by the system. However, if a provider wishes to include any additional charges, they can do so while marking the booking as Ended.

Hello! Can you provide me with demo data?
Can you please check the images (like banner and category tiles) on you website and customer app? It looks squeezed and the ratio is distorted.
Can you also explain why you choose to have a dropdown selection bar for the job status in the provider app and not one button to go to the next step in the progress? I think a dropdown selection is not clear for provider. Also when you change status, it does not auto change immediately – you still have to push the Update Status button.

Another suggestion — please integrate Microsoft Clarity into the system.
Microsoft Clarity only requires about six lines of code to implement. It would be great to have an option in the admin panel for either:
A Custom Head Script section where we can paste the Clarity tracking code manually, or
A built-in integration where we can simply enter the Project ID.
For the Flutter app, also provide an easy way to update or change the Project ID from the admin panel.
Since Microsoft Clarity is completely free, integrating it will make the product more powerful and unique. With this feature, we can visually see and analyze how users interact with our website or app — including clicks, scrolls, and navigation patterns. Later, this data can also be used to improve user experience and run targeted ads effectively.

One more suggestion — if possible, please add a new page in the admin panel called “User Activity”.
In this page, we should be able to track user activity, such as:
When a user registers
Which pages the user visited on the website or mobile app
How long they stayed on each page
Where users dropped off (i.e., stopped browsing)
This feature will help clearly understand user behavior and identify where users lose interest or face issues during navigation.

Thank you so much for implementing my last suggestion. My previous suggestion was that the user’s first name should be shown as the logo if they haven’t uploaded an image.
Now, my new suggestion is: Whenever a user signs up, their signup details (date and time) should be stored and displayed in the customer details section. Also, when any user logs in again, their last login date and time should also be recorded and displayed.
This will help clearly track user activity and understand whether users are active or not.

The provider can view the customer address in both the Provider App and Panel. When the provider clicks on the customer address in the app, they will be redirected to Google Maps installed on their device, where the route will be displayed via the third-party application.

I’m trying both demos, but I find this system very, very slow.
The chat doesn’t work. When I add a service request, it takes a long time to complete. Sometimes it says “error connecting to server,” and even creates two or three repeat requests. The same goes for viewing content.
My observations are in comparison to all the others I’ve tried…

Hi WRTeam,
Is there any option to integrate a calling API into this script? I want a setup where: • When our provider calls the customer, the customer sees our brand name and number (not the provider’s real number). • When the customer calls back, the call is routed to the provider, but again shows our brand number, without revealing any real contact numbers on either side.
Basically, I want a virtual number system so both customer and provider can communicate safely through our brand identity.
Is this possible with the current script or can it be added as a custom feature?
