I’m trying both demos, but I find this system very, very slow.
The chat doesn’t work. When I add a service request, it takes a long time to complete. Sometimes it says “error connecting to server,” and even creates two or three repeat requests. The same goes for viewing content.
My observations are in comparison to all the others I’ve tried…

Hi WRTeam,
Is there any option to integrate a calling API into this script? I want a setup where: • When our provider calls the customer, the customer sees our brand name and number (not the provider’s real number). • When the customer calls back, the call is routed to the provider, but again shows our brand number, without revealing any real contact numbers on either side.
Basically, I want a virtual number system so both customer and provider can communicate safely through our brand identity.
Is this possible with the current script or can it be added as a custom feature?

Here’s a quick overview of the infrastructure requirements and hosting options:
Hosting:
- A VPS is only needed if you want to enable SEO features.
- Otherwise, regular shared hosting is sufficient.
Server Requirements (minimum): Database:
- MySQL is recommended and fully supported.
Storage:
- Depends on your usage.
- Optionally, you can connect to Amazon S3 for scalable storage.
Self-Hosting & DNS:
- If you're hosting yourself, your DNS needs to be configured to point to your VPS IP.
Docker:
- The solution can be containerized, though we currently don't provide an official pre-built Docker setup. If you're comfortable with Docker, you can certainly deploy it in one or more containers.

1. If vendor didn’t accepted the booking within 20min that should be cancelled automatically for this vendor . Is this feature we have in this model ?

Currently, we have a feature where you can set the number of minutes after which the system will automatically cancel a booking if the provider has not accepted it. However, the logic is that the system cancels the booking X minutes before the booking start time.
For example:
- If you set 20 minutes as the cancellation limit
- And the booking is scheduled for 18th September, 7:00 PM
- Then the provider must accept it before 6:40 PM.
- If the booking is still in Awaiting status by that time, the system will automatically cancel it.
In case the customer has already paid online, the payment will be refunded directly to their bank account via the payment gateway.

In the system, integrate Microsoft Clarity. It only requires about six lines of code. Provide an option in the admin panel for a Custom Head Script or a built-in integration where we can just enter the Project ID. For the Flutter app, also provide an option to change the Project ID easily. Since Microsoft Clarity is completely free, adding it will make the product more unique. With this, we can see and analyze everything users are doing, and later we can also run ads based on that data.

In the entire system, including the admin panel, if a user has not uploaded a profile image, the first letter of their name should be shown as the profile logo. This only needs a one- or two-line code change.

Hello , for withdrawal process, i have to add my bank info in profile but when i request withdrawal the system ask me again to put me info, and i know the i can type anything there like ( USE THE ACCOUNT IN PROFILE) but i know that not the user and it become headaches.

We agree the withdrawal step should be smoother. Currently, it is optional from the backend side, but it is already on our roadmap to remove asking for details from the app and will be updated soon so your saved bank details are used automatically.
As for the layout, we shall discuss this within our team and see if this is possible in the near future.
