Hi I just purchased and noticed that it stops working after a certain number of emails, the first event and the second event after the IP changed needs a small delay for it too look natural.

1️⃣ Make sure you have imported at least 200 high-quality proxies (preferably residential or rotating proxies) to prevent Google from temporarily restricting access due to excessive requests from a single IP.

2️⃣ When Google Captcha or anti-scraping mechanisms are triggered, the system will automatically switch proxies and reinitialize the browser environment. This process takes a few seconds to load and is completely normal.

3️⃣ The search and extraction process can be observed in real time within the browser interface, ensuring transparency and full control during execution.

4️⃣ If frequent captchas or interruptions occur, it is usually related to proxy quality, access frequency, or target site restrictions. Try using a higher-quality proxy pool or increasing the number of proxies for better stability.

I have purchased residential proxy from lunaproxy and the extractor still do not function properly. It quits extraction. And i have downloaded the latest version of it

The extractor s no longer extracting anything after i have inserted more than two hundred proxies. Please how can i solve this issue to start using the extractor again. This is Version 3.7.7

Please check your proxies and make sure they are valid

After you change or reload your proxy list, click “Reset Task” before starting extraction again — this step is very important to refresh the internal proxy cache.

The Google Map Extractor is not functioning properly. It only collects data for the first keyword in a list.

The program gets stuck on the first keyword and runs in a loop almost indefinitely. After several hours of processing just the one keyword, it displays a “Done!” message. However, the job is not done. Out of 100 keywords provided, only the first one was processed (1% completion). In that amount of time, the program should have processed all 100 keywords.

The software is effectively unusable in its current state. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. If a timely fix is not possible, I would like to request a full refund.

I’ve downloaded version 3.7.7, but it’s still not working. It finds all the companies for the first keyword, but then the program simply terminates. It doesn’t proceed to the next keyword.

This extractor is no longer extracting more than 70 lines no matter the numbers of keywords that I put in it. Please help me to solve this issue

Please make sure you are using a valid and stable proxy. if your IP gets restricted by Google or the target website. Using a good residential or rotating proxy usually solves this issue.

Can I make use of free proxy for extraction?

es — you can use free/public proxies, but they are often unstable, slow, and get blocked quickly. Expect frequent failures, low throughput, and more captchas. For reliable extraction we recommend at least a rotating or residential proxy service; free proxies can be used for testing or very small jobs only.
