It’s hard to give us a response for our licence ? I just tried to open the software and i got a message that my license key is registered on another machine. Please return my license key for me to reopen my account. So ?

I have deactivated the app and installed again ,because was not working properly ,or i don’t know how to use it . Anyway ,i need some help again now with my purchase code because it’s showing me as is authorized on another device . Thanks

Thank You, But from my mistake I add the code to 3.6.2 and had the same problem at 3.7.1. Anyway, I uninstall the 3.6.2 and install 3.7.1 and get the same error. Kindly ask if you can reset it again. TY
