Hi, I have a question about the billing structure.
For my business model, I want to charge my customers a flat monthly subscription for using WhatsApp messaging. Meaning: • My customers should NOT need to subscribe to Meta/BSP directly, and • They should NOT pay WhatsApp per message, • Instead, your system should allow me to pay all WhatsApp/API message costs on the backend, and my customers only pay a single monthly fee to us.
So my question is:
Does your tool support this setup? Specifically: 1. Can all WhatsApp API message fees (Meta/BSP charges) be billed to my main account, not to each customer?

Please update the AI response so it works in Spanish as well. This option is very important so it can respond in the language entered.
I was researching the AI reply function, but it seems to be failing by generating the reply using only the keyword and not the entire message body. This doesn’t generate any accurate responses. It seems like it’s easy to fix this and make the responses more meaningful with AI.

Your issue has been resolved. The problem occurred because some files were removed from your installation which caused the error. We’ve fixed it and everything should now work properly.

Since you have around 100 clients,you can use your existing Hostinger Shared Hosting for SaleBot without paying for VPS. It should work fine for sending messages and managing your current client base.Just keep in mind if in future you plan to send large campaigns with heavy media files or grow your client list significantly performance may be affected and upgrading to VPS might be needed.

I have a problem when sending a campaign with 1,000 numbers. It sends fewer than 150 messages, and I get a 503 error. The message contains text and a 5MB video. If I send a text message, it’s sent to 250 people out of 350. How can I solve this problem?
