I have not much clients. Approx only 100 clients. VPS seems costly to me. Can i shift to Shared Hosting? I am already having Shared Hosting in hostinger. Double payment seems costly to mee.

Since you have around 100 clients,you can use your existing Hostinger Shared Hosting for SaleBot without paying for VPS. It should work fine for sending messages and managing your current client base.Just keep in mind if in future you plan to send large campaigns with heavy media files or grow your client list significantly performance may be affected and upgrading to VPS might be needed.

I have a problem when sending a campaign with 1,000 numbers. It sends fewer than 150 messages, and I get a 503 error. The message contains text and a 5MB video. If I send a text message, it’s sent to 250 people out of 350. How can I solve this problem?

Automatically assigning a conversation to an active/available agent,

Assigning it to a specific user,

Or assigning it to a team/group of agents, so that conversations can be dynamically routed without manual intervention?

Does the system support connecting WhatsApp using a QR code in addition to the Meta API?

Is it possible to create agent groups (e.g., a Sales group) so that any agent in the group can receive and respond to conversations routed to that group?

Does the system include a feature to automatically distribute incoming conversations to available agents?

Can Chatbot rules be configured to automatically route messages to the appropriate agent or department?

Is there an option to add rules in the workflow (Flow) to stop automated replies at a certain stage or when the conversation is assigned to an agent?

SaleBot has a dedicated mobile app (SaleBot Chat Agent – Flutter App for Android & iOS) and the web version is fully responsive.
Supports WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta API) only, not QR-based connection.But we are working on it stay tuned.
Group-based agent assignment is not available (agents can be added individually).
Auto distribution is not available.
Automation rules are available, but advanced routing to specific agents/departments is not supported.
No built-in option to stop automation once a conversation is assigned to an agent. Detailed per-agent reports and open/closed status tracking are not yet available.

Source code is provided (not encrypted) means you will get the full PHP (Laravel) backend and the compiled frontend code.Uncompiled Vue.js files not included The frontend (user interface) is built with Vue.js. Developers usually write Vue code in .vue files. But in this product, you only receive the compiled version (JavaScript/CSS output) not the original .vue files.

Yes, SaleBot works with the official WhatsApp Cloud API. You can connect your WhatsApp Business Account using Meta’s Cloud API and manage your messaging campaigns directly from the platform.SaleBot currently supports sending text, images, videos, and documents through WhatsApp. Carousel or interactive multi-card messages are not available out of the box.
