Pre purchase question do you plan to add short drama feature like what dtlive app has added to their system, dramabox?, an how long is it going to take before the producer panel will be ready. Do you have advertizer panel as well? If not do you plan to add it?
Short Drama Feature Yes, the Short Drama feature is already in our roadmap. It will allow the admin to upload and organize short-form video content.
The Producer Panel is not in our current roadmap but can be developed through customization based on your specific requirements.
Currently, there’s no standalone Advertiser Panel, but the system already supports AdMob (for mobile apps), VAST, and custom video ad placements for flexible ad management.
Will the FFMPEG system be available and will it be able to play MKV files with full and multiple dubs? Will the user be able to switch to another language while watching the dubbed version? And when will the new update be released?
We do support .mkv files — just make sure to select the x265 type. Currently, there isn’t a feature for multi-dubbed audio tracks, but you can manage different subtitle files directly from the admin panel. We’re actively working on the next update, though we can’t provide an exact release date — it will be available as soon as possible.

Yes, you can add multiple video qualities (like DVD, CAM, or HD) for the same movie. While watching, viewers will see a quality toggle button at the bottom-right corner of the player, which allows them to switch between the available video qualities easily.

No, currently you can’t search movies by quality. You can only change the quality while playing the content.

Yes, you can edit the content of sections like Top 10, Top Movies, etc. directly from the Admin Panel. Go to Mobile Settings inside the Dashboard Settings, and you’ll be able to manage all these sections easily.
but in the list to add of those I created I can’t find mine but only the old ones, what do I do?

1. Content Import – Yes, you can import movie details from TMDb (The Movie Database). While it doesn’t import directly from other streaming platforms, all movie information like title, description, cast, etc., can be fetched and added easily
2. Subtitles – Yes, the system supports multiple subtitle files for each movie. You can upload subtitles language-wise for better accessibility.
3. Monetization – Currently, there’s no separate content creator monetization system. The platform supports admin-managed monetization through subscriptions and pay-per-view.
4. Admin Commission – The admin earns revenue through subscription plans and pay-per-view purchases.
5. Deployment – We don’t provide free deployment, but you can purchase our installation service and we’ll handle the setup for you.
6. Server Requirements & Scalability –

Can this script be converted into a free movie download website like FZMOVIES instead of streaming
Streamit Laravel version is strictly a streaming platform — it does not provide public download links like FzMovies or allow users to download movies directly from the website for redistribution.
What does the system use as a player? I will add MKV multi-language support myself, but I need to know which player infrastructure it uses.
The system uses the Video.js (vjs) video player as its core player infrastructure
Gotta blow the dust off of this project which sits because it continues to plague me with an issue where the permissions on the folders change on their own causing all of the images on the home page to show as broken. What I’d also like to know is if any thought has been given to adding the ability to create custom landing pages? Not wanting to appear like Netflix, say I want to market a specific type of channel independently, like sports, mystreamitsite.com/sports, or maybe a brand channel, mystreamitsite.com/brands/thisbrandstv, and then map this to a custom domain, istreamsports.com or thisbrandstv.com. So I become the hosting platform with marketing for channels & brands with content unique to both on their page. This could also apply to being able to create a custom page similar to the Live TV page with the ability for those pages to appear publicly under Live TV, so mystreamitsite.com/livetv/sports, mystreamitsite.com/livetv/brands/thisbrandlivetv. Apologies for any confusion but any responses to the possibility of this happening would be greatly appreciated.
The folder permission issue you’re facing is related to the server-side configuration – something in your hosting environment is automatically changing the permissions, which causes the images to appear broken.
For the sports or brand-based pages, Streamit already allows you to organize content through Movie Lists, TV Show Lists, PPV Lists, and Live TV Lists, which you can use to display specific types of content.
Please also make sure to create a support ticket for this issue (if not already done), so we can check and assist you with the folder permission problem as soon as possible.

Nice project here…. But while surfing through the demo website, I noticed that the registration and the contact pages does not have Google Recaptcha, or any security system. I checked the admin, and could not find it. How’s this script protected from spam? And again, do you plan to add an ebook system since this is more like OTT platform. Thanks.
Thank you for your feedback! Currently, we haven’t added verification like Google reCAPTCHA to the registration or contact pages. However, we do have plans to include spam protection and verification features in future updates.
Regarding your suggestion about an ebook system — that’s not part of our current roadmap, as the focus is primarily on OTT (video streaming) features.
Which formats are supported by videos on the local server (mp4, mkv…)
For local video uploads, only MP4 format is fully supported. If you want to upload MKV files, please make sure to choose the upload type: x265.
So how can I upload a large MP4 file (4-5 GB for example)?
To upload large MP4 files (4–5 GB), please update the following settings in your server’s php.ini file:
upload_max_filesize = 6G
post_max_size = 6G
max_execution_time = 3600
max_input_time = 3600
memory_limit = 6G
After making these changes, please restart the web server (Apache/Nginx) so the new limits take effect

I’m trying to add different languages for the video player, but I don’t know where is the file, can you tell me whe is the file to add it ?
You can add different subtitle files for a movie, episode, or video directly from the Create/Edit page of that content. On that page, you will see a Subtitle toggle, which allows you to upload multiple subtitle files in different languages (SRT or VTT format).
Thanks, but what I want is for the player to have the option to watch the movie in different languages, not just with subtitles. I also want the movie to be uploaded in multiple languages so users can choose the language. Does it also have that option?
Currently, this option is not available — the player only supports a single video source with subtitles. However, we are planning to add a feature in the future.
We bought this script(different) account, we want to know where is the folder with the video player, to add the audio track feature to the script
To add the audio track feature, you need to first manage the create & edit forms for your content. Once that is set up, you will need to update the videoplayer.js file to implement the audio track functionality in the player.
I purchased Streamit Laravel v1.6.2 and after installation the demo content does not work properly. TV shows and movies return 500 errors on detail pages, and Live TV shows no thumbnails. The SQL dump provided seems inconsistent with this version, and demo seeding is blocked in production.
I already opened a support ticket (#26929), but please fix this quickly — the demo should work out of the box after purchase. Without a working demo DB, it is very difficult to test the product.

I have seen that it works perfectly in older versions. Could you send one or two versions prior to this one?
You can download the older versions of Streamit Laravel from the archive folder included in your purchase package. Please check your downloaded files — the archive folder contains previous releases.
But in the files I only see updates of previous versions but not the complete set.
In the ZIP files we sent, you will find: Latest full source code ZIP Previous versions This way you have both the complete latest code and the older version for reference.
