I’ve had to purchase this product twice because the original license is still tied to the demo site URL. The live site has a slightly different URL, and I was unable to update the license to match it.

I purchased a second license, but that still isn’t working either. I also cannot access the WooEvents dashboard no matter what I try.

Could you please help resolve this issue, and refund the second license purchase? Relates to https://plasteringworkshop.co.uk/

1. We have replied to your email. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder.

2. You can only activate one license per domain. A test domain also requires a valid license. Since you purchased your first license a few years ago and it has already been successfully activated, you will need to purchase a new license for the new installation and domain. In this case, we are unable to issue a refund.

hi there, can I double check something…does the calendar sync with a google calendar automatically or do I have to export the Google csv file and then import the csv file into WooEvents?

Unfortunately, this plugin does not support that feature. You may need to hire a freelancer from your country to develop it for you.

Customization of registration fields
Is it possible to modify and extend the fields required during registration?

Payment methods per individual course

WooEvents Support Request Issue Description I’m experiencing a critical pricing display issue with WooEvents v4.1.4 on our WordPress site with WooCommerce. When a customer selects an option variant (e.g., Regular Price, Member Price, Early Bird, etc.) for the first time, the price always shows as €0.00 When selecting a different option, the price updates but shows the price of the previously selected option, not the currently selected one This creates confusion as prices appear randomly assigned to options

Hi, in the plugin, the stock status update in shortcodes does not work… the real stock status is updated in shortcodes every time you log in to the WP admin interface… is it necessary to set a cache somehow? I see that the last update has a stock bug fix, but it doesn’t work for us even with the current version… Thanks for the help

That problem is from your cache plugin and not this plugin, you need to disable cache plugin or contact with support of your cache plugin about that problem, If you enable caching for your page, you will view the cached version of the page, which is why some information is not updated, there is nothing to fix that problem in this plugin and the bug with “number of stock” does not related with cache plugin

I have a two part pre-purchase question.

We offer to book a sports ground for minimum 1 hour and half an hour increments after that, for example 5 to 6, 6 to 7:30 or 7:30 to 10 PM.

Question 1.1:

Now suppose someone books the ground for 1 hour – 5 PM to 6 PM. And someone else wants to book the ground from 6:30 to 7:30. They shouldn’t see the timeslot to book from 6:30. So that the empty time between 6 PM and 6:30 PM is not wasted. They can book from 6 to 7 or 7:30 to 8:30 PM or even 10 to 11:30 PM. So that there aren’t any empty 30 minute slots which leads to revenue loss. Is there a feature which allows us to add some logic to the slot availability so that there are no 30 min gaps between bookings?

In other words, The time slot from 6:30 PM should not be available if a previous booking is for 5 to 6 PM. Only 6 PM onward slots should be available to book – for example 6 to 7, 7 to 8, 7 to 8:30, 7:30 to 8:30, 8:30 etc. Again, if there is a previous booking for 5 to 6, and someone books from 7 to 8:30, then the 9:30 slot should not be available to book.

I hope I was able to explain this.. if you need any clarifications, please ask.

Question 1.2:

In case the above functionality is not possible, could we charge the customers for that empty 30 mins between bookings if they want to book the 6:30 slot?

Say we charge $100 for 1 hour. Someone books 5 to 6 PM slot for $100. Along comes another customer and they want to book the 6:30 slot. Because the difference between last booking and the current booking they are trying to make is 30 minutes, additional $50 is added to their booking amount to make up for the empty 30 minutes. A note is displayed on the payment screen saying that additional charge for 30 mins payable or a separate sub-total row is displayed.

If they change the time to 7 to 8, the prices go back to $100.

1. I can´t translate “Ticket number” – where is this string? 2. In order details, there is no border/padding before heading “Customer details” – I try to change by css, but no success. 3. In order details, there is no space between price and tax – no succes via css.
