I’m experiencing an issue with my plugin that I’m unable to resolve. The problem started after a recent update. The Google API and all settings are correctly configured; however, the stores remain stuck on infinite loading, and the following code appears above the map:

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?

Do you have an estimated date for Wordpress 6.9 compatibility?. My clients Store locator stopped working upon updating Wordpress to 6.9 and had to restore the site to an older version.

We are currently using your paid plugin on our website. The store listings are displaying correctly by title; however, the countries are not appearing in alphabetical order. We attempted to use the shortcode from your documentation — [ASL_STORELOCATOR fixed_radius=”600” show_categories=”0” sort_by=”country”] — but it did not resolve the issue. Could you please assist us in getting the countries to display alphabetically? Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have problem on the ASL Search function by Google. The dropdown message appear: “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” when I trying to search store location. Good afternoon, I have implemented the plugin into my site and updated all the stockist information quite nicely. However, I find that the mouse scroll on the map affects the scroll of the page when using it, and one can’t scroll through the list of stores in the store list section. Is there a setting I need to activate to disable/enable these?

Hello. First, thank you for the great plugin! I see the value and potential. We are having an issue getting the search input bar to the width we need. I don’t know how to add screenshots here to show you what it looks like and what we need it to look like. We have tried multiple approaches to adding custom CSS rules, but the white search box is still too long. We can get the button to the size we want it, but can’t shorten the white search input box. This is the current CSS:

Hello, I have a problem with Color schemes. I am trying to use [ASL_STORELOCATOR brand=”3” color_scheme=”9”] and is not working on template 0, but if I change the template to 3 the color scheme is working. What can I do to make template 0 to work with color schemes?

Hi there, I purchased the plugin It’s great! I have many stores in 4 languages using WPML. When I try to change the language of a specific store, the page reloads but nothing changes – the language doesn’t switch. Could you help me troubleshoot this?

After configuring the plugin with all our data, we have three questions when customizing the shortcodes to display specific information on each page. 1) Shortcode with a custom field We have created a custom field (checkbox) called Vacancies. We would like to know if it is possible to customize the shortcode in some way to display those that have this Vacancies field checked (1). Is this possible? 2) Shortcode filtered by different cities On one of the pages, we would need to display the map filtered by the stores we have in different cities in a region, excluding others specifically. Would this be possible? If a shortcode cannot be created with a specific set of cities, is there a backup option for creating a group of these stores so we can display them together on a single map? 3) Shortcode filtered by source URL We would like to have certain buttons take us to the page where the map is located, and only filter the map by category if the source comes from that click. In other words, would it be possible to pass the filter to the shortcode via the URL parameter?
