Strip Connect, I’m getting an error on withdrawal saying my balance is low, but I have added money to my account (that is not pending – that is available), and the creator requested a small amount that the balance can cover, but I get

Found this in the discussions: You can do the split via the Taxes system, on the admin side. This way, you can set up a global tax (like a service tax) that you will receive out of any transaction made on the site.
Just to be clear that would be the website owners split here…”Percentage deducted from each withdrawal (e.g. 5 for 5%).”

So basically, you can set your commissions through both public taxes and withdrawal fees. The regular taxes are automatically applied to all transactions, while for the withdrawal ones you have to manually apply them yourself.

So the way it goes is, when switching storage drivers:
- Media assets (post media) are loaded from their respective driver
- Rest of media (user’s avatars, covers ,and admin settings) must be moved over to the new driver/bucket
If desired, you can move everyhing on the new storage driver (can provide additional info if that’s the case).

Yes, I am aware of this edge case. It only seems to happen for instances where the DocumentRoot isn’t set to the public folder. EG: https://docs.qdev.tech/justfans/documentation.html#docroot
However, we did prep a fix for this case as well in the upcoming version, which will fix this in such instances as well.

Though initially we had the script build so that if pusher/websockets are missing, only the live messenger would have failed, but with their recent changes, if missing, other areas are impacted as well.
We are planning to review this aspect and try to make less mandatory if possible, in upcoming versions.

4. Are any extra configurations required (e.g., config/app.php locale / fallback_locale, supported locales list, middleware enablement)?

1. So the auto-detection feature should work for both registered and un-registered users.
2. Priority should be user locale (if logged in and set) then cookie next (for un-loggerd in users). If no cookie or DB setting is present, it tries to default either to the browser locale or the default setting.
3. No, as far as I am aware, there are no such caching mechanisms that would do this.
4. The `LocaleSetter` middleware handles this and could be further debugged if required.
Q: What kind of issue are you getting, on which browser language? We could do some debugging on our end as well.
Overall, this language feature has been tested a lot during product lifetime, but maybe the latest updated did introduce some edge-cases.

Might be a BUG When setting Exclusive taxes the taxes show but dont take out of credits. Ex. Fan has $10 credit (wallet) Tip or sub $5 with credit Tax Exclusive – fee of $1.50 Total $6.50 Creator gets his $5 BUT Fan should be left with $3.50 credit But when checking balance of wallet they still have $5 wallet it doesn’t take out the Exclusive fees.
And Fixed as well
Inclusive seems to work but
Fan tip $5 Inclusive fee of $1.50 Creator get $3.50 And creator only spent i belive the amount that was received.. ill test again cuz i forgot so $5 – $1.50fee= $3.50 thats the amount they spent in credits. But it be nice if they tip $5.. $5 is used from credit but creator get $5 – Inclusive Fee.
Exclusive: tip $5, creator get $5 but fan pays the fee upfront so 5 + Exclusive fee paid by fan (which it shows on invoice but its not taking out of credits)

The way you describe it, it’s the way it should work and the way it worked until now.
It could be that we introduced these inconsistencies in the last updates, as some ripple effects of the wider upgrades we did.
