The issue with my HPOS store is that woo-commerce features are not working properly, i was not seeing the orders details and numbers, and also i adapted this to multi currency to retrieve the correct one when use multi currencies.

While there is a great integration for WooCommerce, what you are looking is woocommerce multi vendor, and there is no integration for that yet.
You can still accomplish what you want but you need to write some code and use the API. Check the example below. I think it is exactly what you need: Isolated chat between sellers and customers.

So this would be specifically needed for two things:
1. General visitors on the site (which you clearly have covered) 2. Regular comms with current customers that have already ordered via Woocommerce. The chats would need to be based either on the order number or wordpress user’s profile.

What would I get different if I got the extension vs if I didn’t?

There’s a way data is entered for woocommerce on dialogflow for woocommerce that I don’t understand yet, so seeing how you did yours will help greatly. For instance if I tell the bot to add a product to cart it ask for product id yours don’t do that it just picks the name and adds to cart instantly

You can do it but you have to create a Chabot manually via Dialogflow and manually add all products and answers for each recopied you want. And for any question of the user.
Otherwise the automatic OpenAI chatbot may do the job but it is not guaranteed and it may fail.

Make sure you are entering the correct code. If it is still not working, your server/hosting has file and folder permissions issues, or a firewall is blocking our website. You can verify it from Settings > Miscellaneous > Check Requirements (keep in mind that even if it’s all green, you still have a server problem, it just isn’t caught by the requirements checks). You can install the apps manually, if you can not solve the server issue. Go here for the manual installation: https://board.support/synch/manual.php. Install and activate it by inserting the folder inside the downloaded zip file (do not upload the zip file) into the Support Board /apps/ folder. After the manual installation has been succesfully completed, you will see the new app area in the settings area. With manual installation, there is no need to activate the app from Settings > Apps; as the app is already installed and activated.
For help with your server-related issue, please contact your server support and provide them with this conversation. They will need to grant full read and write permissions to all Support Board files and folders.
